Fraud , if there is less than a star I would put , asking u to put money and open deals and then they disappear till u lose ur account and appear again to convince you to put more money to earn money and cover your losses and again disappear ….

Bad experience. Money still stuck in assets I bought on ufx in 2018. I want to know how to recover my money

I was not able to communicate and withdraw money due to the poor service provided by the UFX company. I was not able to find out the location of the company. The site does not work and the connection is bad. The UFX employee insults me during the conversation.

They made me so comfortable in the beginning, I put in a lot of money believing that will give me back and also my interests but they always ignored me anytime I asked for my money. They were always giving me excuses and that made me realize that they were not the one for me until zzzreturn did what they normal do and I was able to get it back.

It's All fraud I lost 5 hundred thousand dollors they took it.

7 years ago i had an account, and heard they are just the same today. worst people to deal with , every trade i made by there advice lost, money withdrawal like pulling teeth out of a bear, there senior traders are complete novices ,i ended up advising them

My dad invested 65000 with a guy called Dave Clarkson who was a senior account manager. My dad opened the account in march/April 2019 and Dave asked my father to trust him that he would make him money. My Dad only did one trade with guidance from this guy then he took over the account and my dad ceased hearing from him until he had drained the account to nothing. I have tried to get my dad's money back but no one in ufx tells the truth. DAVE CLARKSON UFX CYPRUS STOLE MY DAD'S MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT. I Have spoken to your complaints department many times only to be told do I have Lpa over my dad which I do now. MY DAD'S NAME MR CHARLES BAILEY.

Very bad company scammed me with 40,000USD be careful people, it was 2019 October, until now I couldn't return my money back.

DON'T, please DON'T i nvest in this c ompany unless you can afford to have your m oney taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures, with intêrest, and then never rêturned (I'd call that theft?). This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this cømpany would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more i nvestment but as they have no intention of rėturning my life savings I may as well be honest now.

Despite many emaiIs and phone calls last year, i gained some p rofits this year, this c ompany rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my f unds would be re turned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and f raud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be rėturned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive) .I am very grateful to Mr Rndy the person who heIped get my fùnds along with a cøurt order I reached him via "randyvarney 15 atoutIookcom** and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through
I read some favourable rėviews before in vesting and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’.

Yesterday I made a criminal complaint to Action Fraud. Since I don’t know the real names of any individuals that worked for this entity, I was able to name Mike Tindell who is a ex England rugby international and married to the Queen’s granddaughter who was actively promoting this company and acting as a ambassador.

I have seen recent reviews supposedly written by people located in the GB? These reviews are fake as UFX are now banned in GB. So if you live anywhere in GB you can not access UFX. The FCA has now banned UFX and identified it has a fraudulent company

I had a bad experience with UFX , I followed the instruction of their trainer I lost everything . Bad experience advice be careful from this company.
I assume my naivety and my trust in them .

MY experience with UFX is much the same as most of the reviewers here.
95% of the brokers I was allocated to spent most of their time telling me the only way to make money was to continue to increase the amount in your account.

They suggested I mortgaged my house, borrowed from my family or used my credit card. Once you had lost most of your money on some highly leveraged trade that they told you to take they continued to demand that you increase your deposits even though there was no way of being able to. A lot of them became very aggressive when you refused to do any of the above, implying that you were very stupid not to be, for example, selling the Dow at the high. I don't know how many more highs the Dow went onto over that period.

UFX continually move the goal posts, change which country you can and cannot do business in and all with any notice or notification. NO continuity with brokers, just dropped and then find you've been allocated to another and have to go through your life history and listen to yet another sales pitch.

Endless emails to account managers and UFX support have been ignored.

Any interaction I have had with the support team has shown them to have no empathy, very defensive and generally I am always wrong! What a service. You are made to feel like the junior employee rather than the prized client. But I suppose if you don't have anything more than $10,000 in your account that is what you are made to feel. I have no idea why they let people open an account under $10,000 because seemingly you can't make any money with less.
I am waiting for a refund of my money but they refuse and I think they think if they ignore me for long enough I will go away, but I won't.

I have been defrauded out of most of my life's savings by UFX. I am new to trading and they knew this. They told me what to trade in and exactly how much to invest in every case. They awarded themselves massive commissions such that I was left with no reserves to continue to invest. They called me every day, sometimes twice a day and each time asked that I share the screen with them. Now they are not responding to my requests for help and ignoring all my correspondence.
after sending too many refund letters to UFX they told me that I should reply in English language , and when I didn't agree with this they told me exactly ("Darling, I can give you lessons in English. We are the ones who determine the language in which the two parties must communicate, not because we want to, but because you are the one who registered his account with the Arabic department of the company and therefore you must communicate with us in Arabic. If your Arabic is not good, why did you choose the Arabic language for your account and contacted Arabic-speaking trainers!!!!!! We are not obligated to respond to your messages at the time specified by you, but at the time we see fit.")
In Fact, it's not the first time they reply in a sarcastic, unethical, and a non-professional way.After Stealing Money they treat their clients as SLAVES.
and when I told them to provide me with the conversations done with the company so I can go through their regulator Cysec, they told me that they will not do it and you can't do anything about it . if everything is regulated and they didn't breach the regulations of their regulator , why they are so scared of providing me with those evidences.
i am really disappointed with the services I got from UFX , they are thieves THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. JUST FORGET ABOUT YOUR LIFE SAVINGS . I WILL TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM AND I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT IT.

There is nothing good about their website. They are deceivers and make people cry about their own money. When it was due for me to request payout then I realised my card was not the type to receive payout. But it could accept a deposit despite the fact it was a MasterCard.
I was so nervous and suspected them of fraud.I have been told many times it will be fixed shortly and to be patient yet it was all lies and time wasting.
pro_Financebase was able to retrieve all my money perpetrating this scam in court soon. Without their service I would be lost .
