Quality product, good price just a little slow to be able to download

The product received was of quality, and a decent price. Only grumble would be that it took 2 days from payment to website allowing download to occur.

I had problems downloading the software, because my Broadband connection is very slow.I contacted UKtechstore and they went out of their way to resolve my problems.

Great service, quick delivery and unbeatable prices

I was cautious at first, especially after it became clear that my purchase (Visual Studio 2010) was coming from Canada. The day after I ordered someone with a North American accent called to confirm my postcode and two days later a package arrived. The box was perfect, still in its shrink wrap, and installed on my UK computer flawlessly. I'm very impressed!

Very short unhelpful emails form Support when I asked to upgrade my purchase.

Saying that I need to purchase the second licence online "just as I did the first" is really not at all helpful. I am also very unhappy that I can not get Outlook installed on my new laptop and it seems that I have therefore wasted this purchase.

POverall I am not impressed and this is the first time I have ever given anyone a bad review.

Yes I suppose we can, they were on time, cheaper than competitors and installed hassle free.
My only concern is until we received this product and asked for a VAT receipt we hadn't realised they were Canadian based. We like the Canadians very much but would have preferred to buy from a UK based store. UKtechstore.com would imply they were in my opinion. rant over…

Fantastic Shopping Experience

I ordered the latest Adobe CS6 Photoshop from Uktechstore.. placed my order last Monday and received it on Wednesday of the same week. Easy checkout, fast delivery, genuine products, can't go wrong, would recommend!

excellent prices and service!

Like so many others who have left reviews, I was worried about purchasing from this company. We're so often told that "if it seems too good to be true it usually is" and so that nagged at the back of my mind as I placed my order. But I needn't have worried as it turns out that 'uktechstore' are definitely not "too good to be true". The customer service was excellent both over the phone and via email. The software (Photoshop CS5) arrived within three days of ordering and registered with Adobe without any problems. So I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Excellent products at a sexy price AND delivered on time

I'm a first time buyer with UKTECHSTORE.COM - heart in mouth - is the site kosher and so on. We've all been there with software sites that promise the earth and deliver rubbish - late.
All my initial fears then disappeared as guess what? The product I ordered was exactly the product that was delivered. The pre-delivery e-mail advised me of the delivery date and sure enough it arrived exactly as promised.
I'm very impressed with the service level and the accuracy of the delivery.
My slight (and minor to the point of being totally pedantic) whinge is that there was no online post payment screen to confirm the 'invoice'. Once payment was made, the next communication was from the payment processor advising successful payment. But hey, with service levels like this - who really cares?
I will certainly be buying stuff here again AND reccomending them to others.

I bought a copy of Lightroom 3. I got it delivered to Ireland in three day's far quicker than any order I have ever made. I havent got to grips with the software yet still learning.

Definitely recommended!

I have now used UKTechStore twice - once, a couple of years ago, for Adobe CS4 Production Premium. The cost saving on this product was a few hundred pounds and, of course, that made me wary of this company - too good to be true?! Was it genuine software? Would it activate online? Still, I found only good reviews about them and so I took the "risk"! The other store I was looking at was PB software, but there were so many negative reviews - and as I see, is at this time not taking any more orders.

Anyway, through to the checkout with my order and, what helped my confidence was payment was through RBS Worldpay - so, my credit card details weren't entered directly on the site. Very shortly after purchasing, I received a dispatch e-mail and a link to UPS tracking - my package came from Canada. It took only a couple of days to arrive! Great service! Sealed package with all the serial numbers... installed and activated. Works perfectly, even a couple of years later! So, no activation issues!

Having such a good experience with the company, I recently wanted to upgrade from Office 2002 and so UKTechStore was on my list of companies to check. Again, the price was lower than others I had checked. Maybe the price difference was not quite as good as a couple of years ago, but the exchange rate has changed significantly since then. Still, there was enough of a price difference, and a confidence that my delivery would arrive quickly.

I initially wanted to upgrade to 2007 to be 100% compatible with an office I work with. Then, I could upgrade with Microsoft's offer (now expired) to Office 2010 free of charge. However, as 2007 is now older software, they did have one item left (always good to check stock). Again, as this would be coming from Canada, I checked if it would qualify for Microsoft's upgrade offer. They came back very quickly with replies to my e-mails and concerns. Although it would have done, I decided in the end to just go with 2010 anyway! They were very quick in responding to me. In the end, I placed my order late on Friday evening. It was dispatched that very same day and arrived... on Monday! Again, I had a tracking number sent so I could follow progress. Again, a *great* price. Installed and activated with no problems at all.

I don't buy software too often, but UKTechstore is always somewhere I check and would buy from, especially for Adobe - who (look around the web) hike up their price to UK users, compared to buying elsewhere.

Final words... a great company to buy from!

Like many when I stumbled upon UK Techstore, and saw that they were offering Adobe CS5 master collection for £1000 less than the UK Adobe online store, I thought to myself - what's the catch?

I can now answer that question... there is no catch.

I ordered online at 9pm on a Monday evening and due to the time difference (they are in Canada) the order process was started immediately. I received a UPS tracking number within an hour and the brand new, boxed, retail software arrived on my doorstep at 3:30pm the following Wednesday.

I have since installed and licensed the suite on my macbook with no problems what so ever.

The next time I am in need of fairly expensive specialist software I will be returning to UK Techstore as they offer superb value and swift delivery.
