I requested their help exactly one month ago today and paid via credit card. I received a confirmation email but after that I heard nothing. I sent several polite emails but received no reply. I also left a message on their Facebok page asking them to speak to me but they deleted my message and blocked me from their Facebook page. I don´t know what else I can do - it looks like I´ve lost my money.
I did the purchase 3 days ago and it was supposed that I was going to get the code within 48 hours. I sent 3 emails and I have still not answer, I'm starting to freak out, because I'm starting to really believe that it was a scam. I'll give it another day. If I still have no answer, well, I guess it was a scam, and all the bad reviews are true.
Requested an unlock code that had a 2-6 day turn around time, on the 8th business day sent a polite email requesting status, no reply. Two days later sent another email, still no reply. Called their # on my credit card statement, received "The subscriber is not taking calls at this time". Filed a dispute with my credit card company and IA Better Business Bureau. They no longer accept Paypal so that tells me that Paypal cancelled their account.
I have tried contacting this company repeatedly with no response regarding a code for a Verizon Razr Maxx. I understand that things often take longer than originally anticipated but feel that I have allowed ample time as well as opportunity to reply with an update. There is no phone or address on the invoice so feel at a complete loss. No code. No refund. Nothing.
I PAID THIS SITE FOR UNLOCK CODE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING (ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS) I HAVE SENT MANY E-MAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND WITH NO REPLY. NOW HAVING TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMP....DONT WAST YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM!!!!
I was forwarded to this site. I paid for an unlock code for my Samdung Focus. The code arrived within the hour. I tried all of the unlock procedures provided and they didn't work.
They promise a money back guarantee. So, I sent an email requesting an refund and explaining the problem. They didn't respond. I tried again. Finally, I complained to PayPal (that's how I paid). Then I got a reply. I was asked for a video showing me trying to unlock the phone. I sent it. No response, but on PayPal there was a message that they were helping me. No mail to me and ultimately no refund.
This was clearly the right choice for unlocking my blackberry. Within 5 minutes of sending an email, I had a response! I was walked through the steps to unlock my phone, as they were made very clear, and easy to follow.
I received my code within 10 minutes. Great customer support.
Their so called 'Live Support' were NEVER online. They said i would have received the code in 2-48 hours. Its now been week 3 with no response whatsoever to the numerous emails I've sent them or not even just to let me know the status of my unlock code. I wish i had done my research on them before i sent them my money. But i have reported them to a website who deals specially with these kind of things and they have let me know that I am one of literally many with complaints about them,and said that a few persons are taking legal action against them...that made me smile. I really do hope whoever is suing them gets those people for all they are worth and leaves them in debt like im sure they have done to others when taking their money and giving them nothing. Their customer support is awful. I gave them one star,but only because i had to,a one star rating is waaaaaaaaaay too high for those guys.
The sales team first doesn't contact you for 4 days (my case), then after 1000s of emails they respond very nervous and rude and then after 2 more days they send you a FALSE unlock code. They say that it's been taken from HTC website database and blah blah blah, so they make the user send them videos (just as the user experience above). After they receive the video they reply that the video is sent to HTC for a review. NOTE: The IMEI I sent them and the one that shows on the video are the same, SAME! (so what can the HTC guys do then?)
