Urban industry are big time! Provided a great service with free postage and returns. Pretty sure nothing has ever been delivered faster either. Definitely recommend, Great site.

The best store I have shopped at
I ordered my New Balance 1500s on Friday at 10pm, thinking hey would arrive on Monday. They arrived Saturday morning, so happy. I won't shop anywhere else now.

Great website to start with, very easy to use and to navigate around. Secondly the range of street wear they have on-line is second to none. The payment process is stress free and very easy to use. Prompt delivery, it being free also helps a lot. Great selection of clothes with new stock added every week. Competitive prices, and an all round great website.

The Best Online Experience
I shop consistently at Urban Industry, and will continue to shop there due to their excellent level of service.
As someone who has collected trainers for years, its now interesting that this has now become fashionable, and as such there is a re-sale market for the rare shoes that Urban Industry stock.
UI always try to allocate stock in the fairest way (One pair per person), and that is unlike many online retailers.
Because of this, I'll always try to buy from Urban Industry first.

Feeding my trainer habbit perfectly
Urban Industry are great, there site is clean and easy to use, it works on all my deviced (laptop, tablet, phone) perfectly so I can shop whenever I feel like it and catch the newest releases instantly. I like how they give you a time when certain 'big releases' are going to drop. Delivery is always super quick and now with it being free it's got better. The best thing though is the 'member' element where the more you buy, the more discount you get. Again there is a countdown value that tells you how far away you are in money from the next level. This is the reason why I always check Urban Industry first. My sneaker habbit can literally save me money on Urban Industry, how sick is that? Haha

Good experience but nothing spectacular!
Had a good first experience of using the urban industry website to find what i want and pay for it.
felt it was a shame that i had to have my first delivery order to my address rather than my intended delivery but i understand the logistics behind this.
the free delivery option was awesome and arrived quick.
