There is a THIRTY percent restock fee, plus you pay shipping, so that pretty much means you have to keep whatever you get, even if you get a scooter that doesn't work for you (we got one with handlebars that were not adjustable--which was not flagged on their website--and it is too short for us). But sending it back is so expensive, and the guy in customer service wouldn't make any exceptions, so too bad for us.
