Brilliant service from start to finish
Extremely pleased with our delivery of branded USB sticks today. The whole process was very simple and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for a few tweaks along the way. Very friendly and competent sales team. Would definitely recommend USB2U for a fast and brilliant service.

Great product, Great price, Great service
I wouldn't normally bother leaving a review but i was extremely impressed with USB2U. Our product was delivered on time and looked better than expected. The price was competitive and the service from ordering to payment and delivery was efficient and easy which many companies cant get right. My account manager, Natalie, was absoloutely fantastic and i would cetainly use USB2U again and would recommend to anyone..

There is very little you could do to improve your excellent service to us, except possibly respond a little quicker to emails sometimes? On occasion you have responded immediately, thank you, but on other occasions your replys were delayed by a few days.

Excellent Service and Support
I recently ordered 100 USB drives for a function we were holding. I spoke to a sales agent on Thursday and sent through the information I wanted to be shown on the drives. The USB drives arrived on the following Monday morning in perfect condition. Everyone who attended the event were very impressed...and that made us look very professional! Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Exemplary service and a first class product
I was looking for branded USB memory sticks and the prospect of full colour printing was too much to resist. The total price was little more than the hardware cost alone, so I didn't expect the level of service I got from USB2U. Within three hours of my online order I was contacted by the company to provide my artwork. I was not in a position to produce the formats requested, but they were happy to accept a PDF which I could produce. In little over a day I had received a proof by email and the product was shipped that day, arriving the next by early afternoon. I am delighted with the finished product which looks very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending USB2U to anyone.

My operator was great in helping me with all my queries and concerns, and when I informed her of an event I needed my USBs for, she was able to hurry along my delivery, they arrived right on time! Very happy with the service I recieved from USB2U, firstly they are very patient, giving us lots of time to sort everything out. The pricing was the cheapest we could find but the quality of the USB's was brilliant!
They also sent us out a sample USB so we could see what they would look like. Delivery was also very quick and everyone that I dealt with was very professional.

Fantastic service...
Natalie and USB2U were able to work to a short time frame, but still come up with fantastic goods. Extremely happy with the goods supplied. Had a bit of an issue with customs which could spark a review for future customers (such as having a letter pre-written to authorise on main stream companys). But all in all it was a brilliant service.
