Must be a scam site. I ordered something and they sent me something completely different. They are impossible to get hold of - the phone number on their website doesn't exist. I reported it and the site to Police Fraud after I read the reviews here. Luckily I paid via PayPal which I alwaysdo if buying online and PayPal have refunded me

I placed an order costing £28 from this company in September. I still haven’t received it, now I’m November. I keep emailing them but to no avail. Please don’t order anything from this scamming site..

Absolutely terrible company , please stay away , do not post anything to you , completely ignore all emails , I dont know how they have not been shut down 😡😡

1000% scamers, customer service is terrible. Don't buy from this shop, because you not going to receive what you ordered

I ordered an item and received a piece of rubbish nothing like what I ordered. Then couldn't get any help from so called customer service. It's a scam site DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Was sent a completely different product from what was advertised. Sent photos of the product received and the product advertised with a complaint and as told I did get the right product which was a lie. Total scam offered 20% refund I said they needed to refund me in full. No reply.

Possible Fraud.
Sending inferior products and not as ordered.
Managed to reclaim the amount paid through the bank.
The company never replied to my correspondence or that of the bank.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Like MANY other folk, we placed an order, received the wrong cheap goods. The company ignore complaints (7 email attempts for a response) but eventually got a very complicated/unreasonable reply offering a refund if the wrong goods were returned to China (Hm! Could not see that happening!), or 20% refund if we chose to keep the wrong goods. What a scam. If they do this to every customer they are making a very healthy profit on each order. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could put zero stars I would, I got a different item to what I ordered, then no response after trying to contact them numerous times, they are con artists, I paid 25 pounds and got an item that costs 6 on their website, trading standards should do something about them, absolutely furious.

I have emailed 3 times about a return/refund no reply phone no unavailable what next duscuting service

I ordered 2 diabcheck monitors and got 2 other items and tried ringing and it either doesn't connect or rings then gets off

Looks like i have been scamed,
This needs taking down,and reporting to trading standards.
Didnt get what i ordered.
Avoid this lot,like the plague.

Absolute shite - item not at sll as described or depicted - it was also briken on arrival and no customer service to speak of. Absolute sham!

They sent a different product than what I ordered, they don't respond to emails, and when I call, they hang up the phone. Contact with them is nonexistent.

Totally scammers do not buy

The item I received was not what was advertised and they said they have change it BUT they are still advertising showing the original item !!!
You want me to return the item to CHINA knowing all too well it will cost me more then the fake one they sent me......
Also they are advertising as a UK company as below and it goes back to CHINA

I so wish I had looked on Trustpilot before I placed an order with Valentique-shop. They are total scammers. I ordered and paid for 2x Roamifi at beginning of July’ 26, it is now October and I still have not received them. They do not reply to emails and the phone number just diverts abroad and rings out. Shopify are not very helpful either.

This company is a scam I orderd a item with fast delivery. But I waited over two weeks .the item they send was not what I ordered tried to contact them but no Answer I paid by pay pal so I opened a dispute. And I lost the case because I received a item which was not what I ordered so as I can see PayPal are on the scammer side when I disputed there decision they just don't want to know. so don't thick if you pay by PayPal you will be protected you are not .I sent them the information about the company but they did not bother to look at trustpilots reviews if they did they would have seen what a shower of scammer they are .don't use this company avoid at all costs you will get robbed
