The product is of poor quality, it doesn’t even seem like it comes from Zara. The finishing of the dress is not well done at all. I’m really very disappointed

144 euros cost - 2 rubbish items not ordered received today. Reporting this to the Gendarmes today.

Veepee France refuses to take this incorrect email address off its mailing lists. It wants me to login, but I don't have a Veepee account. What seems to have happened is that someone told Veepee the wrong email account, so I get all their messages, including this one. Veepee refuses to fix the problem unless I can log into the Veepee account, which, of course, I cannot. Veepee has been unresponsive to email requests to fix the problem.

I have ordered a range of goods to date all delivered with no problems.
I always check the prices elsewhere as I would with most purchases.
Shipping costs are high but they are on most websites.
Overall I am happy the reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is sometimes there isn't enough detail or desciption and delivery times of the products offered

I got guten free products from veepee at a very good value. The only downside was the delivery date was 2-3 weeks after the command.

Fast delivery. Lot of choices of my favourite brands. Fast communication. Fast refund. Overall I had good experience only with Veepee France.

Product information not comprehensive regarding cuts and fittings of clothing.
Transportation and return process is not fair and not competitive:
1. I had to pay for a returned order due to a wrong product shipment. In such cases VP should absorb the charges
2. Returning a part of the order result in relatively high cost of transportation

I have been with Veepee for many years but considering to quit if they don’t do anything about their delivery fee. Charging 5 eur on top or sometimes goes as high as 10 eur for delivery is a joke. Negotiate better with your delivery company or change one. The more u buy the more u pay for delivery isn’t making any sense for your customers.

The ordering process was easy, the discounts were great, and my package arrived on time. The items were just what I expected, and I’m really happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely order again!

I started using veepee again in 2024. Then I remembered why I stopped. While I had no issue with my order, I do not like the way they opperate. I ordered 3 items from 3 differentes vendors, shipping took a few weeks, and each item had their own shipping cost. Sometimes the shipping end up being more than the item value. Not sure I'll order again.
