DO NOT USE!. Ordered and the item was never shipped. They said it went to Stockport, which when I read online was the same scam messages given to other customers. I reached out them but never got the item or a refund. So I had to recharge back from my credit card company.

My item never arrived. I’ve emailed multiple times, finally advised the item had been shipped, but it still didn’t arrived. Now I’m emailing multiple times again to get a refund. Awful customer service. I was told “sorry for the delay, we’re busy”. Might wanna update that website then cos it says you’ll ship within two days. Lies. Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not purchase from this retailer. Item purchased on 20 September still not received. Fake tracking info sent after 2 weeks of emails. On questioning, they said they would refund within 2-3 days. 2 weeks later - nothing! It feels as if they think if they reply positively to emails promising resolution, I will drop it. I am now in process of requesting charge back. This should not be possible that they remain in business with a UK registered address. Appalling! Don’t waste your time or money.

RETAIL SCAM / FAKE - do not buy from them. This SCAM is called "dropshipping". They take the order and money and then either do not ship the items but pretend they have or ship very cheap poor quality items. They will delay and stall by saying they are posting the items, hoping that you will not start a chargeback with the bank until it's too late and you miss the deadline to claim your money back. They gave me a fake Royal Mail tracking number and then stopped replying to emails asking where the items were. I claimed my money back through the bank using a chargeback. Do not lose your hard earned money to these idiots

Awful experience. Item went missing. Refund still not received. Been over a month.
Customer service sporadic.
Promised a refund within 5 days. Still not received. Current email requesting help unanswered.

Haven’t received my order 6 weeks ago.

I have paid for a jacket that has not arrived and they have not refunded my money. No response from my emails. Do not touch this company

Do not use
Substandard unlabeled goods.
Who know who made them and where.

Go through your bank for refund and ask for a return label.

My order has never arrived and despite asking for refund this was never received. Will definitely not be ordering again

Item never arrived

I am still waiting for my order. Should have ready the reviews first before ordering. I will be disputing the charge with the CC company because answering their emails takes a whole week, the tracking code is incorrect, nobody answers the phone lines.

I ordered a cashmere cardigan on 12th Sep. But haven’t heard and seen any updates regarding the order. I have emailed twice to the support email. Still had no response. Today is 10th Oct. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again!

My "cashmere" cardigan took weeks to arrive.
Not a single label to say it was cashmere.
Screwed up in a bag.
I doubt it's cashmere.
Paid a lot of money too.
I'm ill, so just can't go through the hassle of returning.
Extremely disappointed all round.
Would not use this company again.

I ordered a cashmere lounge suit. I waited a month for delivery and then only got the top, not the joggers. I have emailed with photos to both email Vera mode customer service and trendix. I have had no replies, despite chasing and keep getting an AI automated email for a customer review!

Ordered a dress on 14/9/26. It’s not been despatched constant excuses stating warehouse were sending a different dress but.it was intercepted and the correct dress was being h shipped tomorrow. Needless to say this has not happened.

Are this company real.?

Are they based in Uk?

Why can’t they provide me with an honest answer?

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!I order cashmere sweater. I have received cheap wool one I can buy from H&M for £15.I contacted them for return and it was approved,but still chasing for label to be send to me,so I can return.No response, completely ignored me.Don’t buy from this website!!!!

My order took 3 weeks and 2 days despite the website stating it takes 2-3 business days once dispatched.
When I emailed I got a response that there has been an oversight and it will be dispatched the next day. It came 2 weeks after.

Well I didn't learn my lesson, I ordered again and still waiting. The event I wanted has come and passed. I emailed and got the same email response as above.

If your willing to wait nearly a month for delivery order from here.....otherwise don't waste your time.

Appalling customer service. Ordered more than a month the ago and the item has still not arrived. Customer service replies are very slow and completely generic. Totally unhelpful and giving no idea of when item will arrive. Please do not buy from this company unless you enjoy being frustrated, angry and disappointed. The item was not cheap and was a gift for my disabled teenage daughter who against all odds managed to achieve an A level this summer and bloody well deserved a treat. As it hasn’t arrived, I can’t even return it and get a refund. Totally fleeced by this disreputable crew of charlatans.

Like other people on here I thought this was a reputable company. Do not mistake them for Vera Moda which is a company with great reviews.
My order did not arrive as expected so I emailed VERA and did have a prompt reply saying the order will be posted the following day. It wasn’t and is still showing in process on their website three weeks later. Emailed again with no response. Phone line just says they cannot connect you, presumably because of all the complaints they must be getting.
I will be instructing my bank to recover my money and I suggest that other customers do the same.
