Vio vet saved me over £20
Really helpfully when I rang up and I was amazed at how fast it arrived. I thought I might have trouble sending the prescription via email, but the site made it really easy to use and I did it from my iPad, by photographing the prescription. That was a first for me. Will definitely do it again, saved over £20.

Perfect service in every way.
I have been using Viovet for some months now, mainly for Royal Canin dog food. The website is excellent; easy to use with lots of helpful information. Ordering couldn't be easier and I haven't found better value anywhere else. Delivery is always very quick. Communication is also very good. Very efficient service

the best service i have had and good value for money
There service is unbeliveable when you ring up they know straight away who you are/ if you forget what you need all i do is ask what i ordered last month and they tell me if i need any more. and as for there deliver they keep in contact with you all the way through to when it on the van the mname of the driver to when it has been delivered. but the best bit is the valve for money i serched the internet and they were the cheapest by far. i would recomend them to every one.

We've been using VioVet for the past three years or so and have never experience anything negative from ease of finding product, the value due to such low cost/high service to how surprised we are when it turns up on the door step as early as the following morning! The reminder service of flea treatments etc (at your own choice of regularity) to the new website for excellent re-ordering speed (especially when you haven't always got time, or inclination, to surf!).
I cannot praise the idea and execution of this website and service enough - I HAVE already recommended to everyone I know! (Some were a little confused as they don't even all own pets!) :o)

VioVet were extremely professional and courteous, with good communication throughout my transaction, meaning everything went very smoothly. Charged me twice for the same item!
I tried to purchase an item on the internet site utilising a 5% reintroduction discount. All seemed okay. Then the site asked me for the card details a second time. It would not then accept the discount code. I eventually phoned them and a very helpful lady took the order. (This price including the discount was slightly higher). I received a confirmation emil and the items arrived via Royal Mail the next day.
My credit card bill arrived a few days later and I had been charged twice. I phoned up and they have agreed to refund one of the payments. I have not experienced this before and can only suspect that there is a problem with their web sites software.
