Good quality products, Biofreeze 160z great price!
I have just began treating teams for matches and clients in my own home.
I ordered different products from 3 different sites on the internet.
I found Vivomed to be very good prices, and I was especially pleased about the rapid delivery rate, ordering at 2pm on Tuesday and receiving the products early Wednesday morning!
Overall a good service and I hope to be dealing with you again soon!

No Robles supply of tape

Problems with delivery
The wrong delivery address was given to the delivery company and I had to chase it in order to get it delivered to the correct place. The lady I spoke to at vivomed was helpful and rectified the problem quickly however the initial mistake resulted in my stock being 5 days late.

I found Vivomeds customer service very good. They replied to emails quickly and allowed me to pay by BACS although this wasn't required of them to do so.
Despatch and delivery was very quick, I had the items within 1-2 days and they are based in Ireland I believe.
It also helped they had a discount on the item I was after. I have bookmarked their site.

I was unsure if the goods I was interested in would suit my needs but a quick phone call (as suggested by voiced) pointed me in the right direction. Ordered k-tape, delivered really quickly.
I hurt my back & my physio uses k-tape. There are many versions on the internet but viomed was the only site that stocked the original tape and it's waterproof. I use it when I can't get to physio. I can't believe how much it has helped my back and it allows me to keep training.
