there is no any real credit card , it is only prepaid

It is impossible to communicate with VW…

It is impossible to communicate with VW Bank. My bank changed their IBAN, and requested I inform VW Bank (France) for their monthly direct debit. I have e-mailed numerous times with my new IBAN, spent over an hour on the phone (no English spoken) and finally received an e-mail stating that someone elses account had been updated! I have e-mailed 3 times since to ask them to rectify the situation. None of my e-mails have been acknowledged. My bank has again informed me that VW Bank is trying to debit the outdated IBAN.
