Well, I saw that they had the cheapest price for the Eibach sway bars. Little did I know it was going to take almost 2 months to receive it because they didn't have it in stock. I had to email them in order to find out what was going on since I didn't hear anything about anything being shipped within 2 weeks of purchasing them. They responded promptly and asked what I'd like to do. I figured, if I wanted to, I could get my money back, but I decided to be patient since I wouldn't have time to install them any time soon with finals coming up. Wish that they would send me an email first to tell me that the sways I bought were not in stock to ship instead of leaving me in the dark to wonder where my money went. Otherwise, decent company with fast email responses.
I was under a time constraint and needed to know when my order would ship. I called the store and no answer; the phone rang and rang or went busy. That's a bad start. So I took to social media and email and was able to speak with someone, Tiago. He told me order would ship later that day and that I would get a tracking number the same day...he never sent the tracking number on his own, I had to bother him again for it. Also, I was told the order would be shipped via FedEx , instead it was sent via USPS. I haven't received them yet but I'm hoping for the best. As of now, I would pay more for better customer service and go elsewhere
Good customer service, I was immediately contacted and informed of a 4-6 week back order on the item I purchased. I was given the choice to cancel or proceed. I decided to stick out the wait time. Towards the end of the 4-6 week wait time I sort of expected another update, but didn't receive one. After the 6th week I contacted them and was informed that my request was being passed up the chain. The very next day I received tracking information, however, the tracking details are still unavailable on UPS's website. I am unsure if it has shipped yet but I would assume I will have it shortly.

I got recommend to vr speed factory by someone on fb. Decided to check it out. Emailed a couple questions and they answered right away. Ordered and got it in the estimated time. I was shoppin around for a new clutch for my G35 sedan... I found the part number for what I wanted on the manufactures website and Google searched it... VR Speed Factory had the lowest price with free shipping and beat the manufacture by a significant amount... I selected the free shipping option thinking it would be several days if not the following week to revive my item... When I checked the status in the morning I was shocked to see that the item was out on the truck for delivery the next day... Kudos to your company if only everyone operated like this we would never have to wait on parts

Order 100006897 The order arrived in a decent amount of time considering the part that I ordered. I liked how it well itwas packaged when it arrived. Everything was in their own individual packaging inside of bubble wrap instead of just clinging parts. Overall I give 4stars
There was nothing on the website saying that my tien suspension was not in stock so when I finally see that it's been shipped more than a month later my patience has been kind ground down.
