Excellent service, I wish all "etailers" were the same
I ordered one item direct from their website Friday lunchtime, then phoned and hour later and added 3 more different items, which was absolutely no problem. Later I received a confirmation email telling me that the delivery would arrive the following Monday. On Monday morning at 7am I received an email telling me that the delivery will be arrive between 10 and 11am. It did. This was followed by an email checking that everything was ok.
I can honestly say that being kept informed all the way through was brilliant and the staff were extremelly helpful when I changed the order

My items arrived very quickly and I am very happy with them. Only issue was that I rescheduled delivery as instructed by email and received a confirmation, but the items still arrived on the original date! It wasn't a problem for me as they were left with a neighbour, and I guess was the delivery company and not WW but still...

I needed a buoyancy aid for my grandson and went for a reliable brand that I knew (Yak Katarak). Watersports Warehouse was not only the cheapest (costing less than I paid for the first one 6 years ago!) but their service was first class. This is what Internet shopping should be about:

Great service, very helpful.
I ordered a couple of items I needed for diving during my impending holiday, but as always left it till the last minute to order. I placed the order the day before the flight, and paid for the next day delivery with a comment that I was flying out the next day. I then rang Watersports to make sure the order would be dispatched that day, with next day delivery, it was then they informed me that they had reviewed my order and upgraded my delivery option to next day before 12 pm.
All items arrived in perfect condition at 10am the following day, leaving plenty of time to pack and make the flight.
Absolutely brilliant service, good value, great easy to use website and friendly helpful staff.
Thanks Watersports, great service as usual.

I had ordered a pair of swimming goggles and was promptly told when they would be dispatched.

Watersports Warehouse gets my vote
I placed my order with Watersports Warehouse because the free delivery on orders over £25.00 made them the cheapest. I sent off the order then found something else I wanted, which on it's own wouldn't qualify for free delivery. I phone them and asked it they could add the extra item to my order. The lady was really helpful she phoned through to despatches to stop my order, added the the second item and I received them both the following day. Now thats what I call service!

Superb service!
Order received in perfect condition 20 hours and thirty minutes after ordering! My previous order took 23 hours, but that involved changing lenses on my mask! Congratulations on a splendid service. The snorkel and mask worked perfectly on a holiday in Jamaica and I am now eagerly awaiting a trip to the Maldives, where the fins will help me get round a reef which goes right round the island.

EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE
A few days before our hols and 2 years since any diving had been done, we discovered that keeping your fins in the airing cupboard is a bad idea as they had totally warped in the heat. Thanks to Watersports Warehouse, we were able to find a replacement pair online and get next day delivery. The tracker meant I was able to schedule my day as I had a delivery window and they delivered as promised at a reasonable price . Fantastic service many thanks
