I ordered a pair of sandals a size too large, as I'd heard they were sized on the small side. I got them in record time, tried them, and decided I'd try the next size down after all, and to send back whichever I didn't want. Webtogs could've charged me a couple of quid for a full refund, as per their T&C, but didn't. They simply gave me a full refund, no quibble. No big thing, but much appreciated! And I spoke to real people every time.
