Excellent service.
I made a mistake on ordering the wrong size wetsuit boots for my twin boys. Wetsuit Centre sent out the correct size overnight to arrive in time for their sailing lessons even though the had not received the returned goods. Very polite service along with it.

Great delivery times
I ordered one day and it was delivered the day after next. Unfortunately, they accidentally sent the wrong size but after a quick phone call they sent a replacement immediately (arrived next day) and didn't require the original top back before sending out the replacement. They have now received original top in the post. Cannot fault the service. The sizing in the top was very hard to read so cannot blame them for sending the wrong size - it was an accident.
Apart from the above, postage was included in the cost of the top and I am very happy with the top and the cost.

Cheap wetsuit, fast delivery
Wetsuit came in the specified 5-7 working day time frame. Bloody cheap wetsuit compared to what you buy from retail outlets. Free postage, another added bonus!

After months looking for a wetsuit, I ordered one from wtc and what can I say: easy to shop, quickly shipped and customer support got back to me really quickly and instead of standardised replies, I had an enjoyable email exchange with the staff. Two thumbs up!

Great service start to finish
After watching videos on how to choose the right suit it was just a case of searching for right fit within budget. Chose a great Oneil 3mm. Three days after order placed got a message telling me what hour slot my order would be delivered and the option to change if required. Real mint service cheers guys

Delivered as promised in good order.
I still had a wet suite here from Sports Direct when the new Wetsuit Centre suit arrived, the suit I had previously bought was the third I had tried, this latest was a reputable brand which left me wondering if all the talk was just talk and that they were all the same. I was pleased to see that when the new suit arrived and I made the comparison it was clear to see that the quality and elasticity, of the neoprene, and the stitching was far superior to the version I had. Consequently the fit was excellent. The Wet suit centre suit II have bought was not expensive – a little more than you would pay at Sainsburys perhaps but the standard was so much better.
The spec as given was spot on. Would buy again.

Quality kit, but not cheap !
We got good advice, pre-order, re sizing (neither of us are standard S, M, or L) and on various aspects of the different makes. The kit arrived fairly promptly, but not next day as promised, as it was a weekend and the carrier operates different rules to the supplier. The wetsuits were excellent in terms of quality and fit. (and have been a real bonus given the chilly spring we have had !) One of the helmets was different to the one ordered, but was a higher spec, so no complaint there. Overall a satisfactory retail experience, and how often can you say that.

It was very good
Funnily enough, the item I ordered was out of stock. That is poor stock mangement.
Nevertheless, the a Jo Goles emailed me immediately to inform me. Even better, he let me know that he was arranging a solution and gave me an estimate of when the wetsuit would be with me.
That is really good, pro-active and interpersonal service in my book. Many online retailers have super high tech systems and stuff but the second something small goes wrong there is no one to be found anywhere to personally assist you.

I ordered a billabong revolution suit, It was dispatched the next day but did not make it to me 3 days later. I called the wetsuit centre and was told that my wetsuit had been lost by the courier and that they never had another revolution left in my size , But they could give me the new SG5 free of charge (I obviously agreed) the wetsuit was dispatched that day and I was wearing it the next. Would defo shop at wetsuit centre again and will recommend them to my friends, their customer service was excellent and so are their prices

Excellent service, god and warm wet suit
Excellent fit, good to get an accurate size guide, I'm 5'7" and a 42 " chest, other makes of suits would have me go for a large but then it would be too long in the legs - turn ups on a wet suit don't look good!!

I bought a wetsuit for my son, we live in Jersey were the shops have a very limited stock to choose from. This is the second time I've used the wetsuit centre both times excellent service! Prices cannot be beaten.
Quick deliver without charging a fortune for deliver, rare when sending to Jersey.

Needed a wetsuit for teenage son very promptly. Phone service really good as recommended wetsuit & boots for him at good price. However sizes were too small so returned items to exchange. Warm and Happy Saffa
Surfing in New Zealand's Wellington coming from South Africa I could not find a warm enough suit. Got what i wanted for a good price and in expected delivery time, but wish i bought new booties as well.

Awesome delivery time for Billabong wetsuit. Just a couple of hours under a week from order to delivery to being in the water on the East Coast of Australia.
More than half price of the buying the same wetsuit in Australia and free delivery to my door in just under a week - doesn't get much better than that!

Excellent service
Was looking online for a winter suit for Aus - ridiculously expensive over here. I ended up searching the UK sites because I'm a Brit and never remember wetties costing so much. Was really impressed with the range and prices at Wetsuit Centre - I got a Rip Curl E Bomb Pro for LESS THAN HALF PRICE what they're going for over here, and with no delivery cost! I was sceptical at first but gave it a go and the suit arrived in eight days from ordering it - perfect! Would highly recommend the site to anyone looking to buy a new suit - have already told my mates about it, so expect a few more orders from down under!

Awesomely good service
Not only was the wetsuit way cheaper than I could have bought it for here (South Coast, NSW Australia), but I got a free hood and boots and free postage! It came on the seventh business day after ordering and was exactly as ordered. I would recommend this as a cheap way to buy a good make of wetsuit ( mine was a Billabong) as long as you know it will fit you.

Good buy, perfect fit and good communication
The wet suit, gloves and boots were a perfect fit and sizes on the website we accurate for me. Tried the wet suit out on April 21st (not the warmest time) and the suit was very warm, with very little flushing. I didn't make use of a rash vest and found I didn't actually need one. The wet suit in general was a good buy and great quality
Delivery: It stated it would be next day and this wasn't the case for me. Due to the gloves not being in stock the item was delayed before being shipped. However, credit where credit is due I received a phone call the day I ordered informing me that my order will be a tad late and was given an accurate time of arrival.I was informed that they could send the items on a before 10.30am post to ensure i received the goods before I went on holiday. Good communication through out and I still received the goods fairly quickly (3 days)
All in all a great place to buy a wet suit, would recommend!

Ordered and delivered to France in a snap
Not much to say, I ordered, they confirmed, they shipped to France, arrived 2 or 3 days later (not sure, wasn't there). Wetsuit's awesome, just the right neoprene mix/color/size (couldn't find the new model in LT size anywhere in France!)
