First purchase, 1st class service!!!

First time I heard of Wiggle was when I was having a conversation in my local gym to my friend regarding where I could buy a hire a wet suit for a triathlon which was taking place on 23rd June , when a fellow member over heard us and said 'Did you try Wiggle on the internet'. When I got home I was straight on the internet & I was amazed at the offers that was on, when I saw the wet suit at £99 I bought it straight away, considering I was about to spend £50 on a hired wet suit for 4 weeks!!!
The wet suit was delivered the next day , amazing, will definitely be dealing with Wiggle in the future.

Not my bag really?!

Super fast delivery - of the wrong items! Nice try wiggle but maybe take a little more time reading the order...oops.

Two 15L bags arrived instead of two 100L ones... that picker should get the sack! (get it)

Anyway, I was not so amused at the time. But hopefully the mistake is being rectified.

Disappointed

I purchased the product, paid £ 5.99 for next day delivery as it was 23.30 understood that it would be the following day delivery. My friend purchased some items at the same time paid nothing extra for delivery and he still got his product before me. I made a complaint and the wiggle rep told me 'theres me nothing we can do, it was a large delivery'. Are you kidding me it was one box, as was my friends delivery, so why 8 hours difference in delivery time when I paid extra for prompt service, Is it worth talking with trading standards for £5.99.......?

Disappointed and now with all other sites price matching, no more loyalty required.

Very poor customer service has me bewildered

Site very friendly and good information on products.

The Wiggle Site is good for information and friendliness!! Choosing waterproof ie Gortex running shoes as a present for my 26 year old son. He has a Siberian husky and takes him running over rough terrain. He was very pleased with the model chosen!
I just found that, whilst looking up different models, I sometimes "lost" what I was looking at and had to start again!

Great range of products, great prices, service second to none!

My first stop for all my triathlon and cycling needs

Wiggle has pretty much everything I'm ever looking for and the best prices 99% of the time. My details are stored, which makes online purchase super simple, delivery is free and almost always arrives within a couple of days. And I sometimes get a nice freebie, like Haribo in my package!

Still waiting for my parcel (23days in)

My first time ordering with wiggle - not great so far! (spent Au$200) so not a small order for my first time, I am unfortunately still waiting for it. The customer service members I have spoken to have been very helpful, and have told me to wait 25days before its considered stolen or lost. Would love to receive my order i was so excited to be getting all my Nike gear :( still not sure what to do if I don't get it in a day (up to day 23 now.. Still waiting patiently). I have contacted multiple australia post offices, Bourke st and Collins st post office and phoned their customer service (who told me without a tracking number there's actually nothing they can do for me) Not sure what to do but I'm quite disappointed. :(

Missing bits quickly replaced.

Wiggle provide a great service with good email comms on the state of your order and an excellent customer service team. I placed an order for 4 tyres and 10 tubes which arrived within days. Unfortunately, 5 tubes were missing but on contacting the CS team and a quick investigation with a request for some photo evidence I was assured that the remainder of the order would arrive.

Good Collection, average logistic.

Very good collection of goods available in the site, overall shopping experience is good, Easy to find what your need to compare between products. My only opinion is to provide free shipment tracking... well, there is a minimum spending requirement for free shipping... I would expect something better.

Fantastic products & service

My 'go to' cycle stuff provider

Hello Sampsa, I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't received the parcel yet. We do expect deliveries to Finland to take between 4-7 working days but delays with customs are beyond our control.

Awful.

Ordered an item on the 17th, it's still "awaiting processing" on the 21st. That's 2 1/2 working days (at the time of writing) for them to "process" an order. An order, which I asked for first class delivery on, with an expected delivery time of 2 days.

I've emailed customer service now 3 times, to no response. I've also emailed their sales department thinking perhaps there would be more urgency on potentially "sales" based leads, still no reply. This all despite each email being replied to automatically telling me to expect a reply within 24 hours. Right!

I can't imagine or even begin to understand how this place has so many positive reviews.

Needless to say, I cancelled my order.

We sold the last one on the 16/5/2013 at 20:18 which was the day before you placed your order. I can only sincerely apologise that this was not clear.
