Hello Bobby,
We are very sorry to hear this.
If the address wasn't entered fully at checkout then the courier would struggle to locate the address it is intended for.
If you haven't already, please contact us on info@windscreenwipers.co.uk with your order number & delivery address in full so we can assist further with this.
Many thanks,

Correct wipers for my car, unlike some sites/apps
A number of sites gave the wrong wiper blade sizes for my car. This is because they were quoting for a left had drive, instead of RHD version of my car. This includes a well known app that claims to be a leading online retail car parts.
windscreenwipers.co.uk quoted a correct size, with the passenger size slightly bigger than standard, which is great as it fits but is slightly cheaper (everywhere, not just windscreenwipers.co.uk).
The wipers were a good price, delivered quickly, and fit perfectly. Five stars

Excellent & fast customer service response
My reg didn’t match up to exact car model I have on the site so I emailed in and Lewis emailed me back straight away confirming the blades were suitable for my car. I ordered whilst parked up for school pick up and by the time I parked up in my drive my order had been dispatched and delivered 2 days later free delivery. Hassle free, simple and easy website to use, highly recommend and being able to email direct put me at peace of mind.
