good product - good service

The storage boxes for glasses are excellent and just what I needed. Ordering on line was easy and delivery as promised. I was expecting to have to re-assemble flat packed boxes on arrival but they arrived ready to use.

Exactly what I was looking for

I have too many glasses, many antique, to display or use, so wanted some safe storage. Wineware boxes seem the ideal solution. Delivery was prompt and the product fits the bill perfectly.

Poor value for money

I bought 100 card wine bottle neck tags from Wineware. They arrived quickly in good condition. However the card is very thin and for the price of £13.25, plus £3.95 for postage, my purchase was poor value for money.

Excellent service, low prices and great products.

Very happy with the service. Seems I over complicated matters by doing 2 separate orders for the same product at the same time but Matthew followed up to check it wasn't a mistake which was much appreciated. The Butler's Friend is a winner too and at a very good price.

Competitively priced delivered as requested, excellent.

Great despatch & delivery, good product.

Excellent, prompt service from Wineware. Product is very simple in design, and the better for it, though some joints had to be lightly persuaded into place with a rubber mallet. Ten minutes to unpack & put together. All in all, if you like the design, the product won't disappoint & you certainly won't be disappointed by the service from Wineware.

Great product, good service.

I bought the great - and very simple - 'sommelier' corkscrew as a present who had liked my one. A great little device, works perfectly, really good price from Wineware and a very quick delivery service. I would definitely use this site again.

Very happy with the service provided.

The product I ordered was out of stock, which was noted on their website. Nevertheless, I received a phone call the folloing day making sure I was aware of the fact the product was out of stock and that delivery was most likely going to be the following week.
