I make bespoke kitchens and worktop express are the best worktops i have ever used!
You must buy from worktop express as the quality and service of a 2 man lift is the best, you tell them where you want them to put it and they will do just that.
Having been a cabinet maker for over 20 years we have used lots of different company's for our worktops but the worktops from worktop express have surprised me about the quality and price of the product.
We have used them now 15 times for our kitchens and never had a issue at all.

Reliable and helpful
I was referred to worktop express via a carpenter who was doing some work for me. After reviewing the website which I found to be very user friendly and useful with samples of the various woods to review. I called to place my order and was helped by a friendly gentleman who arranged a delivery date which was convenient to me. Upon delivery (on schedule) I found the delivery staff helpful and friendly too, giving me advice on how to store it until it was going to be used.
I would most certainly recommend worktop express to my friends and family.

Excellent product with 1st class service
From the initial enquiry, through sending in a diagram, receiving a template to view its been a first class service.
Delivery was well organised with a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery.
The worktop fitted like a glove, down to the mm. It was well finished with one coat of oil applied.
We are so pleased that we passed our sample on to a friend.

I wanted solid wood worktops at 4M lengths so researched several suppliers online. Settled for Worktop Express as was impressed with their claims for high quality worktops at a good price. I was not disappointed! Worktops were delivered very quickly with the delivery Guys contacting me prior to their arrival. They were really courteous and helpful, carrying the very heavy worktops where I required them. The worktops look great fitted and when I oiled them, absolutetly stunning! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Worktop Express.

Excellent service from sales team through to delivery team
An excellent company to purchase from - they do what they say they will do. Sales team at Quedgeley really helpful and the guys who delivered my worktop were excellent. My worktop is being fitted in next two weeks but I don't anticipate any problems with quality of product.

True professionals
It is refreshing to deal with a company that know what they are doing at the quality end of the marker, not simply box shifters on the basis of low price/low quality. Their template of questions for sizes, edge detailing, finish and above personal contact is at the very upper end of the range.

Great worktops and service

Everything just as promised
The worktops were easy to choose as there was lots of pictures and descriptions of the differrent woods and types. The delivery worked just fine, they phoned as promised before arriving, so allowing us to get home from work to accept the delivery.
Now need to oil the tops. A leaflet on how to do this would be a great extra to the delivery of wood work tops

good but not good enough
great all round service to begin with but we were delivered two different oak worktops so trying to get them to rectify the problem WAS A BIT OF A PROBLEM.... they put right eventually, still out of pocket though as we have to pay our kitchen fitter to come again.

fabulous service, fabulous product!
I have no hesitation in reviewing the service provided by Worktop Express, and recommending them to others.
I used their bespoke cutting service and the worktop fits like a glove.
The joiners who fitted it for me where really impressed.
The quality of the wood (prime oak) and the workmanship are superb.
The 2 man delivery team where efficient and friendly, and Zoe in the fabrication team couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The 3 hour delivery window is great as it means a whole day isn't wasted waiting in.
For a reasonable price I have a beautiful natural product that will last for years, its given my kitchen a quality finish I couldn't have afforded at high street prices.

Top service, very nice showroom and staff
Found Worktop Express on the web, very clear proposition from specialist in wooden worktops. As they are based in Gloucester, went to visit their showroom. Nicely set out, free samples to take away. No pressure to buy but all information provided and questions answered. Delivered when they said they would, and a real quality product now installed.

Great product, great price, great communication & delivery!
I ordered a couple of solid oak worktops. The price was fantastic compared to many other suppliers, and i was very pleased with the quality of the product that i ordered.
I had no complications with the order, it was confirmed straight away and dispatched exactly when i asked. I was told exactly when it would be delivered and was very impressed that it was when i asked, even the delivery drivers were made aware to avoid the school run times! A very professional company who i would absolutely use again and recommend!

Absolutely First Class Service and Product
What a refreshing change to find a company that provides quality products at unbelievably good value. More people need to know that real wood worktops ARE affordable!! Absolutely made up with my worktop, it is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and cant wait to use again in the future. (To think what you could pay at DIY stores for equivalent - well the truth is - you wouldn't!). I am just using worktop oil on my worktop and it brings out the real beauty of the wood and is so easy and mess free.
The delivery service was fantastic - extremely quick, ability to choose your delivery date and given a three hour time slot as well as a phone call half hour before delivery! It doesn't get better than that!

Fab Customer Service, Fab Worktops!
We were a bit worried about buying something like worktops online as we needed one bit cut to a certain size but the ordering process made it so easy, got sent the diagrams and confirmed all was ok and got them sent out quickly.
Good delivery too, had it delivered to a new address and they did phone us before to give us time to get there and where bang on time :)
The samples really helped us decide what wood to go for, and for a fantastic price too!

Good quality product, friendly service at reasonable price
We had a large order incorporating a number of different elements. We received a friendly service from the sales team who bent over backwards helping with the order. All were cut and delivered fine apart from one. This one piece needed to be delivered 4 times due to either damage or other factors, however the after sales service was good and the company did pull out the stops to make sure it was delivered in perfect condition in the end. The end result is beautiful and the price was reasonable. Would use again in needed.

Our whole kitchen seems suddenly transformed!
Come across and see our new sink worktop & draining board! Our installer lives in our road and is a professional carpenter. In a very few hours our old decaying wood top was replaced by a thicker one. Much more appropriate and finished off by two preserving / sealant coatings. All solid, shiny, immaculate.
Immediately we went out to buy a new dish drainer and matching bowl. Now for a new toaster and kettle I think!

Work tops that are the tops !
We ordered our worktops on line and asked for a call to confirm our requirements which they duly did the next day. We had to alter the order slightly and again they did this faultlessly. The worktops were delivered when promised and were well packaged. They are excellent quality and greatly enhance our new kitchen. We would highly recommend Worktops Express to our family and friends.
