My company bought some jackets for an event, i was lucky to get one and really liked it. Unfortunately, the jacket was ripped in an accident. I had become so fond of the jacket that i ordered a replacement at my own cost. It was delivered very quickly and i love it
I placed the order over the phone and paid for it. I was told at the time shirts will arrive in a couple of days. A week passed and nothing arrived. I rang to find out about the order just to be told that in correct order was placed and the items were out of stock. I placed another order and was told it was simmillar color and size. When the shirts arrived they were a completely different color and the XXL size was not XXL but a smaller size. Quality of product and sercive is simply poor. What a waste of money
The company were very thorough in making sure the logo on my shirts was exactly as I wanted it before they would run a stitch. Great they also came up with suggestions. good quality shirts my mrs ain't shunk any to date, and that's a first
We placed a large order for an NHS Trust and nothing was too much trouble. They listened to what we needed for our designs, gave us suggestions, and took the time to telephone to speak with us rather than emailing at times which took customer service to the next level. The products we ordered are of a great quality, and people often ask us where we got them from. When I needed to go back to place another second order, nothing was too much trouble, and the delivery arrived bang on schedule and in perfect time for the handover of our new hospital. The team are now proudly wearing the polo shirts, they are a real talking point and I would thoroughly recommend this company.
I made online order, same day they took money from account and.... nothing. Week later I called them and asked where are uniforms for my guys. One gentlemen told me that they didn't have any order from me... He didn't offer me any compensation. He promised me that I would get refund same day but again after 4 days no money back. I've just called them but one lady said that she had system error nad she couldn't do anything...
I ordered two ladies shirts, one was unsuitable so I returned it and ordered another. I am still waiting for a refund for the first one I returned but then it has only been a few days. I am pleased with the service I received.
We placed an order which had a 5 day lead time. 6 weeks later and after much communication we received our order. The majority of the order had been incorrectly embroidered and needed to be returned. It then took a further amount of significant communication before we received the credit for all the items and embroidery that we had returned.
I would never ever use this company again due to their lack of service and plain incompetence to follow instructions.

I phoned and spoke with one representative who guided me through the entire process via emails. I needed a bespoke logo made up and Workwear Express didn't let me down! I got exactly what I ordered for and the delivery was prompt and as they stated. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone who has specific requirements that need to be tailor made to order. Thank you Workwear Express.
