I have always wanted the Tiffany Novo Engagement Ring. My fiancé took the Tiffany Novo picture to World Jewels and they were able to create their version of that ring at an affordable price. The diamond shines like crazy and they also included "EGL USA Diamond Certification".

I have sent coworkers, family, and friends back to world jewels and everyone has nothing but positive reviews.

Being in the service industry, I know the importance of ensuring great customer service. The employees at world jewels really go out of their way to ensure you love the product and without hesitation will do anything they can to try and make you happy!!!!!

Highly Recommended!!!

My fiance gave me the liberty to pick out my own ring. A friend recommended that I check out World Jewels. After checking out their website, seeing their amazing selection and speaking with their representatives on the phone, I felt very comfortable with ordering through them. During each step of the way, the staff was very helpful and informative. They made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. There's always anxiety when you have to order something online off of a picture however the staff was eager to answer any questions I had and genuinely made an effort to give me the best possible ring within my budget. I couldn't believe my eyes when I finally saw my ring and not a day goes by that someone doesn't complement me on it. The quality at World Jewels is just remarkabe. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable site to make such an important purchase.

Amazing ring

Relevied when the package was received. I LOVED THE RING! Its surpassed all my expectations and more.. I am one happy girl!

Please do not order from World Jewels.

I Order a $1900 bracelet and I was given an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. Its being 6 weeks now and I still have not got the item. Everytime I speak to an agent, I am told its going to get shipped out 2-3 days in a future (that's what they always say...throw out 2-3 days in the future). They have never been able to tell me why or where its getting stuck. I have also noticed that perhaps the price has gone up since I ordered and that they may be the reason of the delaying tactics. I have asked them point blank and they are refuse to answer that. They also refuse to let me have another item or refund. I am utterly disappointed. Never again. Now I am struggling to get my money or the item. I am not even sure if its a legit company anymore. Please do not order from them.

HORRIBLE company

HORRIBLE company!! Stay far away! I want to start out by saying I refuse to give them any stars but I couldn't leave it blank. We purchased a ring about 2 months ago. After receiving it I was very disappointed!! The ring didn't look like what was pic...tured and the quality of the work was horrible. The ring was super thin and BENT , details were unpolished, the mountings for the diamonds were squished and bent. The center diamond was not as promised either. It was supposed to be a "certified" diamond. I got a certificate, but it was a cheap print out certified by them. I returned it the next day. The customer service is terrible. "What do you want" is how they answer you on the phone. We have been told at least 5 times that the refund will process today. We still have not received the money back . I took a chance because of a lot of good reviews I saw on multiple review sites. BIG MISTAKE. I didn't expect perfection because of the low price, but it really looked terrible.

Do not buy from them

"I made a mistake.... I ordered an engagement ring from world Jewels. It took a week longer then it was suppossed and then came incorrect... It was suppossed to be a SI2 clarity and G-H coloring... we got an I1 with obvious flaw with K color. Luckilly we were able to return it and have the main diamond (and two broken ones) replaced. Unfortunately with that engagement ring any normal wedding band would damage the engagement ring so I ordered the matching ring from world Jewels... It took a month and a half to deliver... repeated attempts to speak to Alan were not returned"

inferior diamonds

The diamonds on this ring were not as described. There were large inclusions that could be seen easily with the naked eye. I returned the ring to have these fixed, and they gave me the ring back with a different diamond with similar flaws. A local jeweler told me the CS was I2 quality, and the side diamonds ranged from SI2 to I2. Also the amount of diamonds on the side was .75 ctw not 1 ctw. I paid for the ring on Dec 20, they received the ring back on Jan. 30 for the second time, and I was told I will not get my refund until Feb 22. That is a lot of time with no ring and no money. Horrible business all the way around. I tried to post this review on their website, but they did not allow it. They only post positive reviews on their site.

World jewels has excellent service! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to buy their engagement ring, or any ring! The item arrived in the scheduled time and the ring was beautiful! Most places send you bad diamonds sometimes but you'll never have this problem here. Everything I have ordered from them has been beautiful and sparkly. I've looked many places for rings but this is by far my favorite place to shop, and it's convinently online

Still waiting for Customer service.

I purchased an engagement ring back in May that was suppose to be an SI in clarity. (minor flaws only visible at 10X magnification) The ring in reality is an I3 with a flaw visible to the naked eye. I missed the flaw when I reviewed the diamond initially but when I checked the ring out before proposing the flaw is clearly visible even when held out at arms length. This is a breach of contract. I agreed to purchase a ring with no flaws visible to the naked eye and instead I got a ring with a black dot that can be spotted at 3 feet. I sent the ring back almost two weeks ago and since then I have only recieved a generic email that the ring was being reviewed. This ring is worth way less than what I paid for it and more importantly it looks like crap.

World Jewels sell diamonds that are terribly flawed! Do not shop here.

My husband spent thousands of dollars on my wedding ring. However, the ring that we received was horrible. The diamond was completely flawed! The employees are rude. The owner, Allen pretends like he will do what it takes to resolve the issue. The only thing that he succeeds in is making the customer pay more for the shipping charges and sending another bad quality diamond. From my experience, I would recommend that you stay away from this store.

I had previously written a review on my experience with World Jewels and I must say, I couldn't be happier with how this turned out. They called and the person was very helpful and explained that even though it was after the 30 days they wanted to give me the ring that I would be happy with since I'd have it the rest of my life. They are fixing what I felt was not right and he couldn't have been more polite. I am very impressed, especially after they saw my review lol, and I can't wait to have my ring fixed. Thanks for putting your customer first, not everyone does that.

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 1 ct diamond earrings from World Jewels and they sent me .86 ct. diamond earrings. I didn't get them appraised right away and the 30 day "return" window passed and they won't provide me with the product that was advertised and paid for. I would never do business with this company. They are taking advantage of people and hoping that their customers don't get appraisals. If you do buy from them be sure to get an appraisal right away.
