unbelievably outstanding service
I ordered my product online from Canada with no problems, and had immediate response to what I ordered plus indication that it would be shipped shortly - one day later a tracking number and shipping info. On the 5th day after Xxcycle received my order I received the product = unbelievable outstanding service - thank you

A bit slow but working out!!!
Quick shipping but after further inspection of the forks, the website was incorrect and I purchased 1-1/8 steerer forks. When I received they were 1-1/4 - 1-1/8. I have been trying to contact the company via phone and email and have received no responses. The more I try the more frustrated I become.
Finally made contact and am working with them to return the item. They have acknowledged an error on the website and are willing to send a return form.

Found what I need
Found what i need on XXCycle for hard to find parts in my country.
However need to improve in offerring other shipment option like DHL/FEDEX as the Chronopost express service offered are abit expensive and slower than other major courier services.
Gald to have found this site.

Quick, Accurate, & Easy
This was a great experience. I had to order a part that came from Europe. Everything was in order and it would have taken months to wait from my LBS and their supplier. I would absolutely do it again!

I was wrong. This place is the real deal.
I live in Atlanta.
I was skeptical to do business with an overseas company, but I was wrong. This is an honest outfit. I will continue to deal with them.
I have had two transactions with Xxcycle in France and both times I was totally satisfied.
Last fall 2012, I bought a pair of top of the line Sidi road bike shoes at half of any price in the US. Excellent shoes.
In May 2013,
6 - Sidi Sidi Rubber Heel Pad N°5 (x2) for friends
1 - Look Look Keo 2 Max Pedal White
4 - Look Paire shoe cleats LOOK KEO Rouge / Red
while not as good a deal as the Sidi shoes above, they were the best deal around.
Both times my bank saw the charges on my credit card and called me to get verification. I'm OK with that, better to be safe than sorry.

Wonderful light, great price, dazzlingly fast delivery
I don't have to review the B&M IQ2 Luxos bicycle headlight -- it's because of the many great reviews elsewhere that I ordered it. As regards XXcycle, their price was way below the best I could do locally and, for a reasonable price, I got delivery of it within a week. I will continue to keep an eye on XXcycle for the more pricey bike purchases I need to make.

Prices are pretty fair.
Range of items are not bad although many brands are missing.
Site is not so good. Too croweded on the eye.
Worst thing is the delivery. Packages arrive to the country and then no one gets in contact with you and packages then go back an forth between countries...
Why????
Besides this the service I get when I contact xxcycle is cold and not helpful.
Solve the issues! If packages are not delivered compensate the customer!
Send him ASAP the goods, refind him the money, make him stay!
Manage all other things offline and solve for future cases.
This is the bottom line experience!
