I returned a yoga mat that looked nothing like the website description. Despite notifying the company of the return tracking number & the date they signed for the return, my 4 emails and 3 voicemails have yielded ZERO response. I will now file a credit card dispute as well as complaints with the Portland, Oregon Better Business Bureau and the state of Oregon's Better Business Bureau.

Yune Yuk! Wish I’d read some reviews before buying their product. Like others have reported very slow delivery, but what really define them as a company to avoid was deceptive advertising first of all the product was not what they described. And then exceptionally poor customer service, not honoring their return policy, avoiding all communications once I returned the mat and patiently and politely waited. For nothing to happen!I was finally able to obtain a refund through initiating a purchase dispute with my credit card company. Otherwise I’m sure they would’ve just continued to ignore their obligation. Avoid buying from this company.

Ordered the folding travel mat back on August 15, 2026. Paid for it the same day. After multiple emails and no response, I had to file a complaint with my credit card company.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Do not waste a penny on this awful product. It has zero grip - couldn’t even do a down dog without sliding. It is awful and not useful.

In addition, it is HEAVY! Extremely heavy. Nobody could travel with it via airplane without having extra charges applied to baggage.

And, I wanted to return it. But, given its weight would have cost $27+ to ship it back via UPS Ground. Complete and utter BS.

First of all, I LIVE in Portland Oregon, where they say this company is based. I didn’t realize that when I ordered the mat a MONTH ago. Paid $79. I emailed after 2 weeks and asked why it hasn’t shipped. Then an email came saying it shipped but only a label was created. If I can find the address I’m going down there and bitching someone out. This is crazy since they are supposedly in SE Portland.
This is either a scam site pretending to be Yune or this company is being run my complete idiots who don’t know they can’t take money and not be able to ship something out right away. The Karen in me has awoken. I will be disputing with my bank.

My order took 47 days to get delivered. The mat i ordered was advertised as under 1 pound. It’s 2.4 lbs.
My multiple emails to the company regarding a return went unanswered.

Would rate this a zero if I could. I wish I look at reviews before ordering. It’s been 7 weeks and I still have not received my order. I emailed back and forth more than once, saying I’d like to cancel my order and the owner just continued to give me excuses and alternatives. I went two weeks without a response about an about date, I had to email again. Lastly, he said he would personally go send my order out that day.. it’s been 9 days and I just now got an email saying my mat is out for delivery. It’s clear they were waiting for a shipment from over seas and they are made cheap. Not worth the headache. Nicholas was nice but obviously not being transparent about the situation

Like many other reviewers here, Yune Yoga took my payment but never shipped my order. They didn't bother to respond when I wrote to them for an update. I disputed the charge with my bank and the very day my bank informed me they reached out to them, Yune finally reached out to me. They didn't have the product I ordered. They offered a different product that I didn't want.

Their "natural rubber" yoga mat is not made of 100% natural rubber. The top shiny layer that you will actually touch is made of polyurethane.

And expect to wait a month or more before you receive your mat because they obviously don't keep the mats in stock. Yune Yoga (I suspect this is just a single individual) ships your order only when they have place an order of a sufficient number of yoga mats from their supplier. So unless you want to travel to China yourself, be prepared to wait for your order.

Oh, and they'll send you what appears to be fake FedEx shipping notices. Of course FedEx doesn't take a month or longer to ship, so this is merely another insult to the customer.

Waited 6 weeks for shipment AFTER being notified "UPS Label Created". Still not received so emailed today and Nicholas Hyde refunded me. Said having difficult time fulfilling back orders? Well here is an idea Nicholas, COMMUNICATE, let people know, DON'T enter a UPS label to trick customers into thinking product is about to be in transit. Thats is shady and screams cash flow issues so using deposits to pay bills and kick people down the road to keep it all a float.

AI SLOP!! beware of the tattoo line! i didn’t notice at first but they are all AI generated. when i got my mat, the rubber quality was the only good thing about it. the image was low resolution and messed up in so many places. you can actually see the inconsistencies on their site’s pictures but i guess i didn’t look hard enough before i bought :( i returned it

This is hands down the best yoga mat I've owned. Super comfortable, durable, and the quality feels premium. Yune Yoga really nailed both function and style

Do not buy their mats. The communication is terrible. I ordered a mat two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. When I followed up, they kept giving excuses and repeatedly asking if I still wanted it. I confirmed multiple times that I did want the mat, yet they continued to ask the same question. It felt like being stuck in a loop.

Very poor communication overall. Stay away!

Do not do business with this company. I ordered my mat a month ago and was given fake shipping information! I attempted to email “customer service” multiple times asking for corrected shipping info and got no response. I asked for a refund of my money and they still didn’t respond. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank due to their lack of communication and the day after I filed my claim I got a shipping notification telling me UPS got the package. So the original shipping emails were fake and they were planning on taking my money and not sending the mat. Do not do business with them. It’s extremely convenient they only shipped it to me after I stopped payment with the bank. And of course I never got an email response explaining what happened, or giving me my refund. All they care about is taking your money…even if they don’t send your order. And now that they conveniently mailed it the day after my bank contacted them, I’m not getting my refund because they don’t want to do the right thing. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

I never received my mat. I reached out and was told, apparently by the owner, delays because of tariffs. Then a month later they said it arrived and would ship soon. A month later I wrote a negative review that they never shipped it and they offered to just refund my mat. I said yes and over two weeks later still no refund and no mat. What a horrible business

I really like the mat I got. It just took so long to get it.

Loving my mat so far, a bit disappointed about the delivery times and no communication about it.

I never did get my order, after more than a month I requested my money back. I got my refund and I unfortunately cannot give this company a better star rating but although the owner was nice and responsive I never got this after a few it’s being made, nothing! Was looking forward to my order, but alas it didn’t come.

This company has the best customer service around. I got immediate responses when I asked questions. The product is beautiful and although I haven’t used it yet, the textured too looks like it will work great.
