Used in the past, but now they have taken money for a year sub on spotifiy and have gone silent with no product received or refund!!!!!

Purchased a month subscription 2 days ago, no response to emails or WhatsApp and order hasn't been fulfilled.

Purchased a full year of Spotify, got an email from Spotify saying my premium has ended only 7 months into my year of subscription.
WhatsApped Z4 keys about this with zero reply.
Asked for a refund for the 5 months I'm owed of premium, still zero reply.

Was charged £10 fee just for using my bank card, RIP off

After having spotify earlier in the year and it no longer working i was promised a refund that never came, also beware of hidden costs, I bought a product this week for £13 which I thought was a decent price, when I looked at my bank an extra £10 had been taken, this was apparently the cost for using my bank card, which, I may be mistaken was not made clear before my purchase, ive emailed them a few days ago about this but as usual no reply, be careful if using these guys

Subscribed to Spotify Duo and YouTube Premium on Aug 17. Had used Ali's services prior to this time without any problems. Made payment on August 24. Today is Sep 2 and no answer from Ali on WhatsApp or by email. Received an email on Aug 25 saying my order was being processed once Ali received my payment. Spotify Duo was started but don't know how long it will last. Still waiting for YouTube Premium. Being ghosted like many other customers. Please stay away from this guy as he is now scamming people as rates have gone up and he is not providing the services you are paying for in a timely fashion or at all.
Very unfortunate. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME.

Now ignoring all WhatsApp emails, YOU SHOULDN'T BE STILL SELLING SPOTIFY ON YOUR WEBSITE IF IT KEEPS GETTING TAKEN DOWN!!! That's scamming people!!
6 times mine went down never again

Used to be a good service.
12month spotify went down before 12months, switched to 12month tidal and i got removed from a family plan after 3 months.
No response to emails.
Best to avoid

I had been dealing with him for a few years and he used to be reliable and responsive. Since the beginning of this year, everything has changed. He takes your money, disappears, and the app stops working after a week or two. Then you have to chase him endlessly for a refund. He keeps promising to fix things, but it’s all bullshit.
Save your money. Don’t buy anything from this guy.

Ordered and paid for Spotify in April worked for one week then went down After contacting Z4key I was told I could have a refund or a new account So I asked for refund
Still to this day nothing has materialised and the owners will not communicate with me in anyway

Use to be good, then I paid for a year's due spotify in January, got a few months use then its stopped working, (granted I know not z4keys doing) but they advertise refund if doesn't work, I left it a few months to give them time to fix it as asked for by them, then followed up with emails and what's app which go unanswered, it's now been 5 months without it working or a refund. Spotify still being offered on website for sale too

Products are good, but communication is very bad, I sent 2 emails and 3 messages bon WhatsApp,, no reply,,,

Purchased 1year Spotify but within 6 months it stopped working. They are very slow to reply and WhatsApp is an automated response only.
It was fixed for a while but now it's been broken for over a month - they don't reply to support tickets. At this point it's basically a scam - avoid.

Unfortunately my Spotify account has been offline more often than it's been available.
Getting in touch with anyone to resolve the issue is proving to be a real struggle.

Log in details for both accounts not working.

Ali Noureldin the director of Z4Keys has become a con merchant. This used to be a good website. But now it's become a fraudulent website. 2 weeks ago I paid £44.50 for a 12 month YouTube premium subscription. Since then I have received confirmation that they have received the money. That is all. I have not been given any login details or password for the YouTube premium account I have paid for and the company will not respond to Emails or WhatsApp messages I have sent them. I paid the money through Taptap send and am now going through their complaints department to see what I can do to get back my money. But I don't hold out much hope of that. So beware. Steer clear of this group of fraudsters.

Takes your money then will not answer any whats app messages or Emails, avoid at all cost this company should be shut down!!

Don't buy anything from these people; they are a scam. They steal your money and don't answer your messages. Don't waste your time or your money👎👎❌❌
