So far so good no problems.

Up to now I find Zavvi very good ,i have had no issues whatsoever ,they've done what they said they would every time up to now I would shop there again no problem.

I've ordered a number of items from Zavvi for some time now and the service has been excellent.
When I've had to get in touch with customer service they have replied quickly and been very helpful regarding the problem.
Whenever I look to purchase items I want Zavvi is one the first sites that I check.
I shall continue to use Zavvi for many years to come.

Worst Online Experience Ever

They delivered a faulty item, it was returned to them for a refund? No refund was given which was requested 3 times, instead they send me out another one! So I am now having to fight them for a refund, it's totally ridiculous, to top it all there are no contact telephone numbers so everything has to be done via their message centre which is terrible.

They are not worth wasting your precious life on.

Zavvi....good but beware returns !!!

Having bought a load of stuff of zavvi in the past, I never had much of an issue - the postage is fast and the quality of the clothing is good . However just be aware as if you need to return a t-shirt for example cause when you get it, it just doesn't look right or any item of clothing - unless its faulty they won't refund the postage which can leave you out of pocket especially with hikes in postal charges !

Not on really considering your buying their clothes you would expect a free postage label to return if your not happy.

Other than that - wide choice of stuff - good offers (multi-buy) and fast post ! Not bad but could be better !

Perfect!!!!

Everything was perfect. I ordered on 2013-04-30 payed via Paypal and my order was delivered today 2013-05-18. The only bad thing is the time it takes (15 days) to send something from GB to Germany.

I would have given 4-5 stars but had a few issues lately. Bought one product and had to send it back 3 times as it was damaged. Finally got the item in the end. Recently bought another item only for them to say that they have cancelled my order as they didn't get enough of the stock in. If this is going to be the case then they should have a better website setup to say 'out of stock'. I have spent a lot and they should value customers opinions like Amazon. They would wait until this stock is available again and then charge you the same price it was listed for. I had to contact Zavvi as no real explanation was given. They are still a par below Play.com although Zavvi have a better returns policy in place. Communication is done via e-mail messages on their website only and every-time you have to deal with another representative. Most of them don't even read the earlier messages. They have a similar points reward system like play but it's not all that. I like Zavvi but they have angered me lately so i have decided to shop elsewhere unless they are cheaper. Zavvi, you have a better collection and your delivery times are good but my recent issues are the real reason for my rating.

Excellent experience, best online prices, free or cheap international shipping

If you live in Europe or UK you can get videos, games, music, clothes, hardware, software... at best price and free (or cheap) shipping. I've had excellent shopping experience with zavvi.com. They always offer discounts and promotions so you can save even more (you can use code ZV16127166 when opening a new account and it will give you 5-10% discount on everything instore). I will never buy from amazon.co.uk again, their prices are sometimes way up and they rarely ship outside UK.

I'm from Slovenia and have ordered dozen times from zavvi.com and NEVER had problems. They even sent a free replacement copy of a bluray set which had wrongly coded audio (mistake from studio). Some people complain about not getting ordered items, like, next day. Well if you want the cheapest price in Europe and free s&h you can be patient a bit. Zavvi beats amazon.co.uk in every way. Not to mention shipping is free in Europe & UK and you get storewide 10% discount with code ZV16127166 when opening a new account (including preorders)!

Worst online order experience ever.

Zavvi is nothing more then a bunch of thieves. My experience with them when I placed an order was never delivered. As an international buyer, the window leeway is extremely short to report the item as missing, but due to their infamously slow shipping, an international buyer cannot know for certain if their item will or won't arrive until it's too late.

Customer service does nothing but give the same copy and paste responses and refuses to even give a simple refund for their mistakes. Will never use them again and no one else should either.

Great product selection, cheap shipping!

I have bought from Zavvi twice so far, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Their dirt-cheap international shipping makes them a great place to import DVDs & Blu-Rays that I can't otherwise obtain in Canada. Both orders arrived relatively quick, and when I contacted Zavvi's customer service with a question, their reply was prompt. I'm really happy with my experiences with Zavvi so far, and wish I had discovered them sooner!

Beyond Terrible

I ordered a DVD, had an email to say that it was being sent out via courier. But nearly 3 weeks later it is sill with the courier and the Zavvi customer service is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Unhelpful, Obstinate, and not at all bothered by their lack of fulfillment. I shall NEVER use this company again and shall tell everyone i know to avoid them at all costs.

Much better than before.

It seems as though Zavvi have made a real effort to improve their service over the last few months. Gone are the days of waiting 2 weeks for a blu-ray to arrive or a couple months wait for a game to come back in stock only for the order to be cancelled.

I use Zavvi on a weekly basis now as they often have a few good deals on popular products. Student discount and cashback which gets paid relatively quickly makes those deals even better. Not to mention the added bonus of rewardz points.

My orders are usually around £75 and more often than not they are sent to me via Yodel within 48 hours. I'm impressed, many thanks.

This is the 5th time i have ordered and i have not been let down once. The goods have always arrived very fast. On one occassion the delivery was delayed in the post but that was no major issue.

ive been ordering from zavvi for yeard now and have experienced nothingy but prompt and friendly service every time, the have the most competitive prices for their stock.

The prices are very low and the delivery times are excellent, sure thing can get lost in the mail but zavvi will refund or replace any missing items for free.

There is nothing to lose, its zavvi or bust for me.

Above and Beyond!

I have placed several orders over the past few months having only recently discovered Zavvi. I am more than impressed. Being in Australia we are over charged on Blu Rays and DVD's and buying from the UK in Pounds and Pence is a much more affordable way to grow my collection.
Zaavi have always been fast to ship the items out to me and they always arrive in a timely fashion. Only charging 99p to ship to Australia is an awesome deal too.
I did have an issue recently with one item arriving damaged, Amy in customer service was quick to respond to my issue and sent out a replacement in no time at all. Now thats what i call customer service.
I don't even look at other websites anymore, i go to Zavvi first and always. I must admit though, i am becoming quite addicted to collecting steelbook editions of all my movies.

If you are an avid gamer like myself but don't always like paying through the nose then I would recommend Zavvi.com for not just gaming but for all your entertainment needs.
They constantly have a number of fantastic games on sale for the cheapest prices on the web. They also have exclusive Special Editions of new releases that can't be bought anywhere else.
Zavvi are usually very fast to dispatch your order and if any problems do occur they are always there to immediately resolve them.
They are also found on facebook and have a page exclusively for gamers in which they are very much on the ball with disscussions and all the latest news in the world of gaming.
I always consider Zavvi.com when purchasing my Video Games and hardware.

My latest buy (order number 27449561) wen perfectly. Prices are really fair. Lot's of times there is a promotion going on so there are lots of good deals.
Shipping time is reasonable.
I mainly buy Blurays and games from zavvi but they sell other things as well.

Good Company 95% of the time but Pre-order games can bring hassle.

Zavvi to shop with is great and their customer service via twitter is spot on, and always gets any issues fixed asap. My only concern with zavvi is to watch out when pre-ordering games / gaming equipment. I have had issues in the past with one order arriving late and another being cancelled by them ( which was Kinect - Taken too many orders). Other than that i would recommend them for normal every day buying. They also tend to have some great discounts.

Great place for your gaming shopping spree

Always have great selection of games and with way lower prices than in my country. The delivery times could be shorter (it takes around two weeks for the packages to arrive) but I won't complain much as the shipping is free.
Would be great if they added option for wishlisting so I could keep track the stuff I'm planning to buy.

Zavvi has great games for very low prices. I live in Finland and the delivery time is still excellent. The customer service is fast and knowledgeable.
Zavvi has a lot of sales, Mega Monday being my favourite and they hand out a lot of discount codes which is very good. They also hold a lot of competitions and send emails with the latest offers.

I live in Italy and zavvi.com is one of my favourite sites where I buy videogames. Always up to date with new releases, often offering the best price among similar sites, even on preorders and new games, also thanks to discount codes and the awesome Mega Monday selection!

I've bought a lot of games (and other stuff as well) from Zavvi and they've never disappointed. I've gotten 90% of my orders to arrive on time and always in perfect condition. The site has some amazing deals sometimes, especially since I love buying games with friends, so for example we've saved about a hundred Pounds just by the discounts from buying 2 or more of the same item at once, and everybody gets their own copy.
I wasn't used to buying stuff online but now that I know how I do it often. Actually thanks to Zavvi now I love Mondays (great discounts)!
I could go on but why make you spend time reading this when you could be browsing Zavvi.com?! GO!

Some great deals...

Usually good for cheap games, and often has offers on (i.e. free item with purchase).

However sometimes the free items make no sense, like free microsoft points for ps3 game purchases.

Customer service varies from ok to great. Sometimes quick to get back to you; sometimes slow.

Overall, a good site and I purchase often from them, but could use some improvements.
