Firstly, this company is based in the US - not the UK - which means you'll be waiting weeks for your product to turn up.
I ordered a Men's S t-shirt from their website using the size chart on the website to make exactly sure it would fit. The t-shirt did not turn up after the promised 15 days and after 18 days they said it was probably lost in the post and would send me a replacement.
The replacement was sent out express delivery and turned up a few days later - but was absolutely tiny, was a Women's Size S and wouldn't have fit a child. I told Zazzle who said they would send another replacement and I didn't have to return the incorrect t-shirt to them - but the replacement was not sent out express delivery.
The replacement t-shirt has arrived today - exactly two months since my original order was supposedly shipped - and is a WOMEN'S SIZE S - again! Unbelievable.
I've written back to them asking for a refund. There's a reason I wanted to use a UK based retailer. Avoid zazzle.co.uk
I ordered a medium ladies t-shirt and when it came the size would not have fit a small child. There is no size guide on the web-site. I have -mailed asking for a refund but their returns policy seems to indicate that i will need to pay the return postage. Like many others i did not realise that this was not a UK compamny. Very misleading. Poor sizes.
It was not until I had completed my order I realised standard delivery would be 5-12 business days. It cost £2.66 for this service or £13.88 for 'express' delivery within 2-3 days. My order was for just 1 small card. 5-12 days for delivery of a sympathy card is totally unacceptable. A sympathy card should be given at the time of passing, not nearly two weeks later! Zazzle are a complete waste of time and money.
I ordered a humorous mug as a thank you for my Orthopaedic Surgeon who had just got me through a tricky operation. Its not the done thing to buy very expensive gifts so I thought this mug would be just the thing. It arrived today and have to say am very disappointed, it is a very basic mug for the fact it cost more than £15, the script is straight on the front but crooked on the back, it doesn't even come in its own box, a complete waste of money in my opinion and I will NEVER shop there again.
Ordered 2 mugs from Zazzle. A week later a neighbor said a box had been left with them. Went to get the box, it was huge. Turned out they shipped me 20 mugs that were supposed to go to a company in the US (I am in the UK). That was $400 in merchandise sent to the wrong address! Contact Zazzle by phone and they said, whoops, you can keep the items (I have no interest in keeping them, off to charity) and we will reinstitute your order. Week goes by with no news, contact customer service, nothing.
Nice designs but horrible customer service.
Yes, the fact that it is co.uk website is misleading. It took 2-3 weeks for my Christening invite cards to arrive.Which meant I had to st them just 10 days before the day! Very stressful and not nice at all. When I contacted them they said - up to 12 days AFTER you order is dispatched! And it's not even printed yet!! So icant even say anything to that because it is in their terms and conditions! Very clever! The quality was good and the cards were lovely though. The choice of the cards is the best from all the card printing websites. The designs are faNtastic, its true! If you know about the event in advice and have plenty of time 1 month I would say, then yes, you can order from this website. But otherwise it's a very slow service!!, it's from US!!
Zazzle do nothing to Dazzle You, if you are looking for a company which gives fast turnaround on orders placed with them, do not bother to spend any more time looking at Zazzle. The company it appears though there is no indication of this when you order sends the stuff it merchandises from America !
Zazzle quotes 5 to 12 business days for delivery ! does anyone care to elaborate on what a business day is ? If for example as I did you order some things on December 15th and according to Zazzle they are ready to despatch on December 17th most people I guess would be thinking those goods should have arrived by now , even if the recipient lives in he UK. Well, that's wrong as those items are still not here.
Bought a single T shirt for a Christmas present and when it was delivered to the UK I was charged £16 in customs charges.
The T shirt itself was less than that so I'm absolutely gutted. Never again. Wonder if it's legal to not make it clear that it would happen? Sure it's mentioned somewhere in the small print but I didn't see it. Certainly not good for customers trying to get a bargain.
I have used Zazzle in the past so I am used to the very long wait for items to be posted ( at first I also didn't realise like most people that the items actually come from the US as there is no indication of this on the UK website). Due to poor service and not particularly good quality products I had avoided using them again but I thought I would give them another go to see if things had improved. I uploaded two images to be turned into fridge magnets, one was a photo of my daughter and one was a drawing she had done of Daisy Duck (I did not upload the images for sale) and I wanted the fridge magnets as a gift for a relative. I knew there would be a long wait but after six weeks I logged in to see what was happening and found my order listed as cancelled. I contacted them to ask why and was told to check the cancellation email I had been sent, I double checked to make sure I hadn't missed the email, and then wrote back saying that they hadn't sent me a cancellation email and also asking them to check that they had refunded my money. I was told to contact the content team for an explanation and check my bank statement for the refund. Eventually I was told that the order had been cancelled because the Daisy Duck drawing was subject to copyright and they gave me a link where I could 'buy licensed merchandise'. I asked why they hadn't at least printed the second part of my order, the photo of my daughter and they responded that 'the whole order was cancelled'. I felt like I was dealing with automated responses rather than an actual person who cared about my custom, at no point did they apologise for not bothering to let me know my order was cancelled, they kept referring me to the 'cancellation email you were sent', effectively calling me a liar. They also didn't respond to the ridiculous fact that they refused to reproduce a child's drawing on one fridge magnet for personal use or that they didn't bother to fill the second half of my order. It was the lack of any concern on the part of customer services and the generally dismissive tone of their emails that has made me never want to use them again. I got both fridge magnets made online by Tesco with no drama so I will just use them in future. So in short, if your kid does a cute drawing of their favourite cartoon character and you want to make it into a gift for a relative, don't ask Zazzle to print it for you!
As others have mentioned, Zazzle appear to mislead buyers in the UK that they are purchasing items from a UK supplier.
This is not the case.
When I contacted their support team about why it takes so long to send two birthday cards (let's face it, that's 1-2 days delivery tops) I got the usual read the T&Cs response (5-12 days...what!).
Pushing the matter further, Zazzle then responded with a "look where we are and see if it makes sense now" response.
Yep, they are in the US hence the timescale.
Does that make them right? Legally I guess it does. However, isn't it misleading to allow UK buyers to navigate to a .co.uk website, buy and pay for shipping in Sterling, and then only discover that you're dealing with a US company who will ship from the States after making the purchase?
I think so. You shouldn't have to dig down into the T&Cs or the half-baked support forum where there's an FAQ on the subject to get this info.
Anyway, those two birthday cards will now be belated ones. If indeed they ever manage to get here at all.
My advice, avoid Zazzle. And if you don't and you need to complain...they really won't care.
I placed an order on zazzle.co.uk nearly a month ago. My account was debited for the order on the day I placed the order, but after two weeks, there was no sign of progress on their online tracking service. I sent an email to ask what was going on and they wrote back to say they were upgrading me to the 'express' service. After a further week had passed, I then received another email telling me that the item I had ordered was out of stock (note that three weeks had now elapsed since placing the order and the money being taken from my account). I was told that I could change the colour of my t-shirt or request a refund. Since a refund would take 7-10 days according to their email, I simply asked for the colour of the shirt to be changed, hoping that they would finally get around to printing and sending the shirt. There is still no sign whatsoever of any progress and it is now nearly a month since I placed the original order.
I have never encountered such poor service from an online store before, and would recommend that people avoid zazzle.co.uk at all costs!
have dealt with Zazzle for the last 2 years and they have done there upmost with an excellent customer service and a product that is of good quality manufacture. The print is excellent. Overall I cannot praise them highly enough.
I ordred a t-shirt ,at a different adress than my own.
I never recieved it.. i changed the adress to my home adress, then maybe they could send me my shirt !!
I wrote them several times, and i dident get an answer... im never gonna use them again... !!

I ordered a photo sculpture from Zazzle for a family members birthday allowing plenty of time for it to arrive as i knew that they were in the USA. I'm delighted that i have already received the item... 13 days after ordering (including 2 bank holidays for easter).
I'm over the moon with the sculpture... the picture quality is fantastic, as good as the original photo that i scanned and uploaded into the computer for the order and i can't fault the item in any way.
Well done Zazzle for producing brilliant items, at brilliant prices, delivered at brillinat speeds!!
I will definatley be recommending Zazzle to my friends
I ordered some cards from this company and they all arrived with typos. I'd left the cards with the original writing on them and made no edits (Foolish of me to expect them to be written perfectly already) I'd read the inserts but the nature of the typos meant i didn't notice (repeated words that the eyes can easily deceive you over) The cards arrived and i noticed the typos. I straight away got onto Zazzle and they said they could either refund to my bank account or credit my account so i can make the correction myself and reorder the cards. I asked for my account to be credited but also asked if i would have enough money credited to pay the full price for the cards (as the offer i bought them under was now over) They never answered my question and just credited the money. To have the cards reordered, I'll still have to pay p&p and the extra money as the price has now gone up!! Let's just say, I WILL NOT be remaking the order!
they didnt deliver my secret santa until 10 days after xmas, which made me look a plonka in the office. Saying that the frosted glass i bought for a collague went down well.
Having navigated to a co.uk site, I instantly assumed that my order would be processed and desptached from the UK. The Channel Islands at a push...
The problem was I ordered a birthday card, the P&P rates being a little high, but not high enough to arouse my suspicion about where the damn thing would be despatched from. I even allowed an extra 10 days from order date before I needed the card.
Suffice to say, it's 3 weeks later and no sign of the card. A close inspection ( and I mean close ) reveals that orders from the .co.uk site are sent from California.
As a result, my order is irrelevant, and that's £5 wasted. The card still hasn't arrived either.
Would not use again.
Jeg har kun haft gode oplevelser med denne side synes det er nemt at handle der og man får tingene til tiden.
