Need PAT labels and great customer service?

I've only used this site a few times but they clearly have a focus on good customer service and the result is I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my labels. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone.

Site going downhill

Used to be a good site but now has an influx of new models who are out simply to scam the guys, i.e. take your money then ban you... so many models now who sit banning all the premiums who don't tip within a few seconds... pointless, its just full of beggars. LiveJasmin seems to better option, cheaper and not full of beggars who ban everyone.

Breach of consumer rights

Hard To Find Records deems it acceptable to refuse refunds on any grounds, they are happy to take you money but don't want to know if you have any problems. They will use intimidating tactics and give out incorrect advice with regards to your consumer rights. Would never use them again.
