Certainly useful for first insights into a subject but DO NOT just accept everything on there as fact. Most banal things or issues and clear fact on science and technology are usually spot on and to a detailed enough technical level that it matches dedicated sites for those subjects. However anything with a political dynamic or anything contentious is subject to bias and propaganda creeping in so be careful to research further and draw your own conclusions.
Now we have zoopla for previous sold prices back to 1995 and by using rightmove with the propertybee firefox addon you can see a history of changes made to the property listing which can be very revealing!
The draw a search area function is fantastic too. Rightmove seems to have become so ubiquitous there is no need to search anywhere else when house hunting, it'll be on rightmove a day or two after it hits the market at most.
Often in conjunction with using Amazon.com where there is usually a greater amount of reviews i can expect to find a good selection of product reviews that seem mostly genuine user reviews plus their alternative product suggestions are often good leads on getting to the point where the best product is found. Prices and service also good but sometimes i just pass through for the research and find the best deal on ebay.
I have more confidence buying from a seller on ebay then going to the same random company's website and sticking my details in there, they fear the feedback good enough plus when i've had a problem i've found their resolution service very good. Plus i've saved an absolute fortune buying there and it's a great way to get a good price for your tat and do a bit of wheeling and dealing on the side. This website has changed the world for the better. Major fan!
Strange situation. It turned out that the driver was requested by the sender to return the parcel before he had reached me. This was entered into their system as a failed delivery and of course he didn't get here so i had no card. The sender didn't let me know so all i could think was the carrier had messed up. The lady at the DPD depot couldn't have been more helpful or courteous.
Still though i'll knock a star off for anyone caught in the situation of having a failed delivery and who can't find a "missed you" card and without one is unable to rearrange delivery online, still seems a glaring omission when there are other ways to identify the parcel.
