Fast delivery - quality products

There is not much to be siad. I ordered 3 bike baskets from the webshop and they were delivered within the promissed time frame in perfect condition. The products looked better than I was expecting, so I was very pleased. The only small downside(if this may be considered an issue at all) was that the products were packed in a cardboard box that was a bit bigger than neccesary - so it made transporting them at home a bit more crumbelsome.


No reasons to complain

I normally purchase my sports tape and kinesiology tape via Amazon and it tends to take at least 1-2 weeks to get them delivered. This week I have unfortunately run out of kinesiology tape, 3 days before having to depart on my ski holiday – I look at the online reviews and Henza seemed to be rather fast at delivering, so I thought I would give it a chance: and I am happy I did so. The products were delivered in 2 days from the placement of the order – and the entire purchasing process has been simple and uneventful.
I will for sure purchase from Henza again.

As expected - no problems

It is not the first time I purchase from SmartGuy, so I was not surprised everything went accordingly. No problem with the payment, fast delivery, and the products were as expected.
I can say I highly recommend SmartGuy for online apparel shopping.


Easy to order & fast delivery

I am very pleased with the speed with which the order was peocessed and delivere. I had no problem with the payment, or nothing else for a matter of fact. The prices of the products are also very attractive - this beeing the main reason for me to purchase from this website.
The only reason why I did not give the website 5 starts is the delivery cost: not so high, but it is a bit unpleasant that you have to purchase for a certain anount before the delivery is free.

The fastest delivery service I have ever experienced

I have ordered a Garmin heart rate monitor on the website. I found that the prices were very convenient and the service excelent.
I experienced no problem with the payment, and the delivery was surprisingly fast : my order was placed before noon one day, and next day at 9.00 am. it was delivered.
I will certainly purchase again from if I ever need a similar product.

Can't wait to test the product!

Perfect service ; extra fast delivery

It is the first time I have ordered from this website and I am delighted. The package arrivd within 2 days, in perfect condition. I had no problems with the payment, or with navigating the website.

Perfect service, fast delivery and no prolems along the way

It is the second time I have purchased from and I am extremely satisfied with the service.
The products have arrive in good condition, and they have been delivered 4 days after I have placed my order. As a delivery option I chose the free GLS delivery so I could self pick them up from a desired location.
I have experienced no problem with the payment... and another thing that pleased me is the fact that they include in the parcel a pre-printed and pre-paid returns label.
All in all I think that apparel internet shopping could not be more convenient.


A good experience, but not a great experience

The delivery was ok, the goods were not dammanged.... however the products on the website lack a proper description with regard to their size and specifications.


The products arrived faster than expected, in perfect condition. I could not ask for more.

I wanted to buy a pair of boots that I could not find in the Ecco shops, so I opted to purchase them online. The order was delivered via GLS extremely fast (I ordered on Friday evening, and by 9.00 on Tuesday the parcel had already been delivered).
The products came intact and very nicely packaged.
All in all, I believe that this was a pleasant experience and ... honestly there is nothing else I could ask for.

poor service

I have ordered a set of products almost one and a half months ago... and I still have not received them (the order status is "processing")
What is even more annoying to me is that I have sent mails to the customer service department, but they have not bordered to answer back to me. But somehow, I was remembered as a customer, when it came to receiving customer satisfaction surveys.
