Delighted!
From the swatch samples to the fitting video, everything I expected to be there, was. The blind looks beautiful and sizing is perfect. No complaints from this fussy customer.

Very disappointed
i ordered my goods on 9/12 which were supposedly in stock and would take 3-5 days to deliver. It is now 20th December and I am still waiting.
