Is there a zero star??

Horrible horrible horrible, I ordered two games on the 2nd of november and paid on the same day, 2011 and one was dispatched on the 9th and the other one on the15th. Now I live in New Zealand and maybe they think that if the customers are not in the UK they can just rip them off. F**king shit communication, would not reply to my emails, it has nearly been Two and a Half months and no refund no items no nothing. DO NOT BUY from this website the negative feedbacks far outweigh the good. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
