OMG waiting for Xmas presents ordered Saturday last week.

I would give no stars if option was there. I have not received an email to confirm my order has been despatched and it is now 5 working days since I orded them and they are presents I need for Xmas day. Can not contact them by phone as they only have the option to email. I would NEVER order from them again if needed within a week. I will now have to go Xmas shopping on Xmas Eve!!!!
