I had cause to contact customer services, and can highly recommend them.
Live Chat was down therefore I contacted by email, which I thought would take days. I had my first reply within a few hours, bearing in mind I raised my query at 22:40, which was rectified in full well within 24 hours.
One issue to bear in mind with my inital order was, it took around 30 minutes in full to get my Microsoft Points code, in view the details needed to be verified, which is understandable in view of fraud,
I would not hesitate to use DigiSub again!
