We can look into your order with more detail if you can provide your order id #. Generally, items that did not fall under the Christmas guarantee would take the standard 2-3 week lead time. We do apologize, however our website stated that the Christmas guarantee was for Dec-15 at noon EST. Any orders received after that time were not guaranteed and would be shipped under normal lead time and some exclusions did apply.
