Wrong info
They have wrong info in their website. They had Elias Hotel in Paphos, although after I visited it is in Limassol, Cyprus and not Paphos. I called them and they still insisted is in Paphos... Ridiculous

I booked once with them a hotel in Dublin and asked for a hotel in the city centre, however the travel agent booked for me a hotel in the centre of Bray and not Dublin, had i not noticing it I would be spending my holidays in another place, however they changed it for me after I made a complaint about

Ryanair
You get what you pay and even less
Ryanair is a quite cheap. I flew once with them from Manchester to Dublin and return and I would not thing I will use them again as the plane really smelled bad and had a poor venilation.

I am a customer of Virgin mobile several years now, and I am really happy with their customer service. However more offers to call abroad from the UK and to call UK from abroad would be great

We have booked Venus Beach Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus through alpharooms.com.
The searching process for finding the perfect hotel according to your needs is really easy.
Payment run smoothly without any issues.
As the room we booked was twin (no double room was on the options), we forgot to mention on request box through apharooms to make this request; thus we contacted alpharooms that advised us since the booking was confirmed they couldn't make the request and we would need to contact the hotel ourselves. We did, and surprisingly the hotel had our names and reservation a day after we booked online, and arranged a double bed for us.
All in all, we had a great holiday and would use alpharooms in the near future.
