Won't be using them again

Ordered part for hob, shown as in stock. Took money, no contact for 2 weeks until I called them to query. Spoke to very abrupt Customer Service person, put on hold for 5 minutes, told item not in stock and was on back order! When were they ever going to tell me. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a mattress online and withing 5 minutes of paying I received a call from Mattressman confirming the order and delivery date. Delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. A Sealy mattress at a bargain price with a fantastic 5 star service. Would highly recommend them to anybody

Would prefer to rate as no stars!!

Ordered item as 'in stock' 10 days later still not delivered and after contacting them they admit that they have not even despatched it!!! Disgusting company, destined for the scrapheap if this is the standard of their customer service. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
