I ordered and paid for a vanity unit on January 2012. numerous times I was told that the unit was in the warehouse waiting to be -picked up by the courier. I had to put my refurbishment on hold. In the end I could not wait any longer. I cancelled my order on 13th February and ask for a refund. (ordered the same unit from an other company was delivered in 3 days). I was told the refund would take up to 28 days. After a month I contacted the company again. On the 14.03 I had and email telling me that the contacted accounts. Today 20th march still no refund. I'm a pensioner and need the money. I now had to contact the credit card company to recover my money. I feel let down and they don't care about there customers. 29th march the credit card company got my refund.
My parcel was lost first week in january.The company put the owners onto me to check it was delivered.If I pay it should not be my responcebility to check.
Parcel was insured.claim was made.I was told it could take up to 28days. Today is 28th of feb. no cheque yet.
