To make a long story short, the service i was provided was awful. I would go days and days before I would get any response to my emails during the design process of my ring. I had already wired 6k towards the diamond and $250 for designing the ring so I felt that since they had my money, they did not care too much about service at this point. I would email, call, leave messages, but nobody would return my call or emails. At one point I had gone 8 days before I heard anything back and when I did, I received no apology, just kind of went on like nothing had happened. Like I said the service was just awful, but the ring came out nice EXCEPT.... the size was all wrong. It was too big for my fiance and I had to get it re-sized at my own cost locally. I even had the size checked at 2 different local jewelers and both reported it was a half size bigger than I ordered. If you care going to use this company because of the good prices, just be aware that customer service is not high on their priority list, even when you're dealing with senior management at Brilliance.
