I ordered ugg boots on 30th November which I returned for a refund. They confirmed receipt and said refund would take 14 days. Once this passed I emailed then phoned. Initially they were answering the phone ( end of December) and told me Lisa deals with refunds and wasnt there but took my number and reassured me she would call. Obviously she didn't so I called again and was told same thing.
The emails I send them bounce back and now no one is answering the phone and the website has been down for a week now. Very suspicious.
I'm livid that they have £120 of my money. I called my credit card company on Friday and asked if they could help. They were very helpful and have sent me a form to fill in and they'll follow it up. Trouble is I returned the invoice with the boots and only have the email confirmed they'd received boots for refund. It doesn't state price to be refunded or any other details so not much evidence. Sneaky.
I'm hoping that I can get the money back from the credit card company but don't hold out much hope as I have limited proof.
They have obviously gone under and it looks like lots of people are owed money/goods.
I advise people to contact their credit card company and see if they can help cos there's little chance of getting it from yogoego.
