Ordered a mailbox ornament, and after 2 weeks order was still in 'processing' stage, not shipped. Contacted customer service and was told "I see that you ordered the mailbox topper, and not a plaque. They are, however, still considered a custom product which is not kept in stock. Therefore they have a longer lead time.".
It should have been noted before I completed my order that this was not a stocked item and required several weeks before shipping. As this was to be a gift, the delay was unacceptable.
