Very poor security.
My credit card account has been compromised twice now and on each occasion they did nothing to help, not even trace my account which had been accessed and my details changed. Each time the credit card company came to my rescue.
I will not use PayPal again.

Exceptionally good turnaround and service.
Cult Pens telephoned me and queried a discontinued item in my order. They suggested an alternative item that proved to be as good as my original order. The order arrived next day. The next day service was used on my previous orders.

Excellent in every way
The service is really superb with delivery being very prompt.The packing itself was very securely wrapped as were the individual items inside.
If a suggestion for improvement was to be made I would ask for a wider range of products including authentic cookware and cookery books.
All - in - all, no complaints, an excellent service to be congratulated upon. Highly recommended.
