Prompt, efficient, prepared to be flexible to get order to me

Meindl Portland GTX shoes are not available in Australia and Open Air was the only online provider prepared to ship to me. James in sales went out of his way to to work out the most cost effective way of shipping the shoes to me, and first order (I need 2 pair) was dispatched very promptly
