I order 2 pair of glasses , its now 23 days and no glasses to be seen.
One pair shipped and the other held because its discounted.
They tell me its discounted after 12 days.
Ask me to choose a different pair .
I do that but it costs more.
They confirm the order but FAIL to ask me to pay the difference .
22 days later I found out I needed to pay.
I still waiting for the first pair.
First: if items are out of stock and they still charge for it, then its there responsibility to tell us ASAP.
second: since its there responsibility why ask for more money there and then?
Thirdly: as customer service , there role is make sure if they fell short because of there responsibility the need to offer HUGH apologies AND COMPENSATION for the lost time , stress caused .
That's why I will never buy , recommend to any one to use selectspec.
