Fantastic service, item could be tracked all the way from warehouse to our home.

I was very impressed at how I could track my order all the way from the ordering stage right the way through to taking delivery. I was even given a time when the item should arrive. ( between 10.10am to 11.10am........ the package came at 10.12am). Upon taking delivery I checked the item parts and started to assemble my new Hauck Travel System. Assembly was not straightforward, but with a little patience and forthought (and of course common sense ) I managed to assemble this item ok. Summing up this pram I would say it is good value for money from a company that seems to have got it right when it comes to keeping its customers informed. I certainly would use this company again should I need to. Thanks.
