Good service & Prices but room for improvement.
I have to say my experience with Vesternet has been mixed, on occasions I have had a perfect experience with me placing an order and being advised when shipped and the order arriving in good time as all items are shipped from Germany, the prices are great and this equipment is not going to be mass market so its understandable that stock cannot be held in each European country. On the flip side my first order took around a week to arrive with there being warehouse issues although i was given a 5% discount of my next order. On another occasion some of the hardware which I ordered which was upgraded before being shipped was not tested and was useless until I spent 4 hours on a call to the vera helpline in the USA and used the manufacturers support (only because it was a Friday night and vesternet were closed though) it was however also sent with the incorrect plug so I'm using a eu/uk converter.
Any issue I have contacted them with has been dealt with promptly and professionally and I do continue to use them as generally they have been good and there is a personal aspect to the business.
