Over priced, slow delivery and bad advice

I was directed to espares rather than the official site for indesit by my browser, so I thought that the indesit site must no longer exist and that espares were now the official supplier. I however now see that the indesit site is available, the item I bought from espares is cheaper direct from indesit who also offer much clearer information on the part on their site. The lack of clear information on the site meant I rang espares customer service who ordered me the wrong part, which took well over a week to arrive (granted over the christmas period.) When I finally received the part, I called back to customer services who ordered the correct part, but again it took over a week to be received. The part was crucial to my washing machine leaving me and my family of five without a washing machine for a month or more. A refund was given on the part, again fairly slowly. Go elsewhere.
