I've already ordered a couple of times from their website and so far I'm very happy with it.
In every order I got the feedback from the restaurant about the delivery time and it was more or less accurate.
Even the customer service was fast and precise when I had to use them.
I was supposed to get the package on a friday and at the end of the day I got an update that I didn't accept the package. Apparently they ran out of cards!? What company lets the driver leave without enough cards for the day.
I called their services and at least I got a fairly average reply.
Today, Monday 6th, I got an update on the tracking that they tried a delivery around 7am... guess what, no one rang my flat nor left a card. I know this because my house has a concierge and the only way to leave a card is to go by him.
If you can, just completely avoid their services.
