I am reposting my review, after your last message here you said that the latest delivery date for my order would be 5 March 2012, well this was yesterday and the order still hasn’t arrived. Any updates on the freight provider? What will happen if it is not here before Friday evening? I am moving house on saturday and I do not want to have the delivery updated to a new delivery address and go through all this again… If it is not here by friday I want a full refund of the voucher and the delivery charges, I have enough of fake promises.

Thank you for your comments. Further to our telephone conversation on 17 February 2012 I confirmed delivery of your order would be by end February latest delivery date 5 March 2012. Your concerns were that the order would not be received by 9 March 2012 and I have been today advised by our freight providers this order will be delivered by 5 March 2012.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you in this matter.

Thank you for your comments. I have today tried to contact you via telephone and left a voicemail message with contact details and ID reference for our freight providers. I was assured on 1 March 2012, by our freight provider, that you would be in receipt of our order by 5 March 2012. I am sorry to hear that you are still not in receipt of your order.
Please contact the freight providers who will be more able to update you with the delivery details.
