It took 17 hours and seven emails to receive seriously confusing instructions. The purpose of the first four emails were to inform me that I needed to verify a $20.00 order which I paid for via PayPal. However, they saw no need to provide any way for me to verify. Neither did they tell me how long it would take to receive the unlock software which I purchased, or why I received two different emails with conflicting logon passwords.
As the owner of a computer electronics store, my customers depend on me to provide a service in a reasonable amount of time. Hence, I have absolutely no plans to use this company again. I used this company because of the reviews my staff and I read. However, I'm very angry and disappointed with the horrible communication and terrible customer service I received. If I could rate them less than one star, I would.
